Outstanding overall experience. I bought my first camper from a Mom and Pop outfit and will never make that mistake again. General RV has made the buying an RV experience a science. From the moment you get there they treat you like royalty. A true red carpet experience. Exceptional experience across the board, from their financing department, parts and accessories, having your RV’s capabilities demonstrated for you, to being shown how to properly hook up your hitch. The whole experience was outstanding. Why anybody would buy an RV from someone other than general RV is beyond me. Thank you General RV for being so good at what you do.

The GM, Chris, has got the service dept running well. Outstanding that the GM sits at the retail parts desk so he is always available. I have been a General RV customer for 11 years. This was the best I have ever seen the service dept operate.

Ordered some warranty parts. I think they’re having trouble with one of their employees. I did it twice with her over several months and no luck. The last person I talked to I think Amanda was her name. She handled it very well and I got the parts quickly.

Everything about my experience with GRV Clarkston was well above my expectations thanks to Tim Johnson, Taylor, Darrell, and the techs that worked on our rig, and everyone else involved. Very informative,

It was a lot to do with grand design. Our trailer warranty was two weeks past due and general RV recommended call the grand design corporate office and it ended up that they still use our warranty and we didn’t have to pay anything on any repairs.

The service team was responsive to our immediate need, made time to ensure we understood what was going on, fit us into their busy schedule, treated us with respect and were great at communicating as things evolved during our inspection. We could not have been in better hands! 10 out of 10!
