The people and the facilities!
The service department is horrible. They had all week to fix things, they never touched the coach till i showed up to pay. Makes me think I'll never get service at a General RV center. I had to spend an extra night in a hotel. I was told to contact my General Service center next month in Seffner Florida to have the Air Conditioner replaced. Like I said Service is non-existent. Billy Ray our salesmen was excellent.

It was a great place to shop class A motorhomes floorplans and the different class A manufactures. Bob Manis was very knowledgable with all the different manufactures and assisting us with the difficult decision of choosing the right Motorhome for us.
