Fast and friendly professional service
They were friendly and fast getting all my work done in one day.
We enjoyed our sales and finance team. They worked in tandem to provide us the ultimate experience. It seems our sales person had every department lined up and scheduled to hold our hand through the process, Financing was ready, the vehicle had some issues that was resolved quickly, Operations and PDI was addressed in a timely Mannie…. In addition the accessaries we needed was purchased with out a lot of extra fluff and no forced selling. Also taking time and introducing us to key people along the way. This was indeed the best buying experience we have ever had. Thank you to GRV!!!
Tracy was absolutely amazing! Her communications and expectations setting were better than any other service advisor we have had through owning 3 different RV.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and enjoyed looking at options.
We love our previously-owned Keystone Cougar 25'. As seniors, we were looking for less fuss for a few more fun trips around theq U.S. It has what we need without all the extra s.f. to keep clean.
Perfect for us, and it was very-well maintained! QTR ( Quality Time Remaining!!)💃
Knowledgeable technicians
Great service
Great people to deal with!!
Friendly
Easy appointment setup, friendly staff, thorough repairs
oo over all treatment
Our service coordinator, April, was outstanding. She got us through several recall items as well as warranty work.
Sam and Patrick took very good care of me
Zero pressure from our salesperson.
All aspects of the purchase process were handled well and with transparency. We drove more than two hours, from Tampa, to look at a used RV. You can’t always see the issues in the promotional images. Our salesman, Dan, went above and beyond in showing me the true state of the coach.
We had some complications with our tow vehicle being repaired from a collision, so they delivered our RV to our home. The walkthrough was everything you would hope for. Our technician was patient and thorough.
First time RV buying experience for me. Brett Smith did a great job showing me around. I was scattered a bit on what I wanted. He showed me good sample of options to help focus my search and educated me on RVs generally. Ultimately I went with Springdale mini, which will work great with my family. I have already used and has been easy learning curve. I appreciate the time Brett spent with me. In addition, Wyatt did a great job on the walk through. I had a lot of questions and he was really professional and helpful. It's intimidating buying a trailer camper for the first time. I think Brett, Wyatt, Weston and General RV prepared me well to drive off the lot and into a campground. I would definitely recommend going there if you are in the market. They have a ton of inventory and are competitive on pricing.
Tony and Kirk were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Waseem and John made the paperwork side of the purchase quick and painless. But Kudos to Brenden for his through walk thru of the ins and outs of the RV explaining every detail and process to ensure we have years of enjoyment with our new RV. Thank you to the General RV family for a great experience overall.
I have good experiences when I bring my trailer in for service. So many people comment on the problems they have with dealers, but i have not encountered any with General RV/ South Weber, Utah. My contact in service, Vince Martin, takes care of me. Key to success I believe, is good communication and realistic expectations as the customer. I'm fortunate to have them as my servicing dealer and that I bought a good quality rv from them.
The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.
I will say, I enjoy shopping at places that allow you to walk around and look at the trailers without a salesperson following you. Not the case here... but our salperson was very pleasant, and not over aggressive, so not a big deal.
I am not a fan of the "upsell" practice that all dealerships do. When I say no, I'm not interested in that. I really dont like it when I get hit with the " well, what's your plan if this happens? " That to me is an unethical sales approach meant to make the customer feel stupid if he doesnt buy the fluff! Almost lost the sale on that one...
And the 3 hour delivery was overkill in my opinion. Might be needed for someone purchasing a motor coach or large decked out trailer, but we were getting a small 131, low end trailer. Not really much to go over, especially with our experience of owning a couple travel trailers in the past.
Although we are very happy with our purchase so far, and our salesperson was very pleasant and professional, I must be honest and say, the other dealerships we bought our previous trailers from, did not make me feel insulted when I denied the extras.
But maybe I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day? It happens 🤔
It was a good experience
As much as I hated to cost of the repairs, Trevor was always professional, empathetic, and had great customer service. He kept me informed of every step and was very clear in his communication. I very much appreciated it.
I received a lot of help from Lisa at the information desk and Mike from the service department. Their customer service was excellent.
