Thank you all so much for working on our camper. The process was a headache for all involved while we worked to figure out the issue. But, Brett was absolutely fantastic to work with. He provided updates well beyond my expectations, was accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and throughout the whole process I knew he was doing everything he could do for me to get this resolved.

I also want to give recognition to the technician who came out a few different times to troubleshoot along side me when I was there testing the repairs. He was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I don’t remember his name but Brett may remember who that was.

And to Brett’s manager, thank you for taking the time to assist in figuring out this matter and for calling me to thoroughly explain the status of the repair. You have an incredible team and I will for sure be using you all for my next service needs and for when we decide to upgrade our camper in the future.

What I like about General RV Brownstown, is that Jennifer the Receptionist always seems to have a ray of sunshine in her voice when answering the phone.
Amorette and the guys can tackle any job and will keep intercepting until the job is finished correctly.
