Straightforward, friendly, good work

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. A team environment was displayed to us as each employee helped us in their field of expertise.

Dealership honored their commitment to fixing any AC problem on our just purchased 2025 Flagstaff 25SRK. They delivered our RV and the AC didn't work. They took it back and replaced the AC controller board and that fixed the problem.

The battery was delivered dead and they said they'll give us $200 towards purchase of a new one.

Only complaint was that they lost the one key that opened all the locks. They did recut new keys and replaced one lock on one side of cargo storage area. So instead of 1 key for all locks we have 2 keys, of which only 1 is for 1 lock on the cargo door. Also, the keys still don't open locks easily.

Other than that we are very satisfied.

I always get wonderful, caring service from Brownstown General TV. Amorette and Adam are amazing!!

Really worked hard to get our generator working. But it had intermittent problems. And we are having it serviced at the General closer to us in a couple of weeks because its still intermittent. The sales, finance & service teams here were really awesome.

I liked the simple easy process. Also they took the time to make sure I know how to use everything thing in my RV and showed me different products I could buy for my RV. It was over all a great experience.
