The pricing is fair and I do not feel overwhelmed when they explain the treatment plans for my rig. They are very detailed in explaining what needs to be done and they pay particular attention to detail to ensure a well working rig. Everything was wonderful! Rusty was an amazing salesman! Justin in finance was also very attentive and helpful. Christina did our final walkthrough of the camper and was very knowledgeable and confident in what to do. Answered all of our questions. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We did have one small issue, our black tank hadn’t been emptied before we brought it home but that was solved the same day.

The best part of General RV has been the people. Our salesperson, Chris Isaacs, was a pleasure to work with and really what pushed us to make the decision to purchase with General RV over the competitors. Our orientation/walkthrough was handled by Kelly and he was amazing also. He was knowledgeable, patient and truly seems to enjoy helping people. Jon Etter made the final paperwork seamless and enjoyable. He was personable and followed through on all the items we discussed.
