Shawn Robey, our Service Writer, listen's to our concerns and then works to get them taken care of. The Tech that fixed our Kitchen Slide did an amazing job. The slide is going in and out with ease and it did not leak. The body shop tech worked diligently to complete the estimate for the insurance company, striving to fix the motorhome the "right" way.

The assistance from the time I first walked in to the time I departed was better than great!! George the gentleman that installed the WD Hitch was exceptional. I had a small problem with the purchase agreement from the folks in Birch Run Michigan. Tommy contacted them and resolved the problem to my satisfaction. The “Walk Through “ was concise and thorough. I am 83 years and several employees were very gracious assisting me. When it is time to upgrade, clearly i will return to General RV Dover. I am so fortunate to have had my I-235 delivered to Dover.

The local General RV store in Ft Pierce is very convenient to the campground we are staying in; less than a mile away. They had the replacement cabinet hardware I needed in stock and on the shelf in their store, whereas the Camping World store in Ft Pierce did not have any hardware on the shelves that I could find.

I thought Megan did a great job as my service rep was very surprised that the forever warranty went up from $99 to 250. I felt like when I bought the RV there under Stoffus that was the price. It would’ve been nice if General RV would’ve stood by that ,Other than that was happy with the service.
I was welcomed service team. The amenities are pretty awesome at General RV Ocala! I enjoyed being able to still work as I wait on the RV being serviced. Darren continued to update me on the progress. I was in at 9am out by 3pm. That’s pretty awesome! Looking forward to getting the ordered parts now put into place! Thanks so much!!
