Catherine was kind enough to even give me a follow up call just to let me know where our RV stood in the midst of the repairs this is called Customer Service. This is called communication. Easy to deal with friendly people

I had a bad experience with a rookie advisor, but Maddie called and apologized for the situation and said that she would refund me the amount I paid for the service. I was not waiting for that to happen but that shows how management appreciates their customers and wants to make sure that they are happy.

The salesman was very polite and very responsible. His name is Gus Navarro i recommend had a small problem with the RV, but they fixed it took it in and they fixed it quick very good very happy with the unit

The knowledge of the people in the parts department was outstanding. The service department could take a lesson from parts as far as customer service. Amy did a great job from a Sales perspective.

Zac Calhoun and the technicians did a great job with some upgrades and warranty issues. Got our rig in the morning and they got right on it and was able to pick up in the afternoon. Huge help to us!

Great support and a multitude of options to fit our needs

So far our experience with service department has been exceptional. Even though we did not buy our RV with General RV our service experience has been excellent from Ms. Sam and Adam they are top notch! With these experiences we are inclined to buy our next RV in General RV

Getting the deal I wanted took a little while but once we had that hammered out the rest of the experience was great. Carter my salesman did a good job in keeping the deal alive and Dillion on delivery was great and was knowledgeable about the unit and answered questions and introduced me to the service department also.

First thing I got when a came through the service lanedoor was a smile and a “Good morning “ from Katheryn (not sure if the spelling). She got me out to my coach and Craig came over to talk me through the service that had been done. The work was done in a few days and it all looked great.
