When there was a miscommunication with financing details, the employees were very diligent in correcting the issue.
Mike Conklin was pleasant, responsive, upfront with added on costs and honest. We had a miscommunication on the date for our walkthrough and pickup but the team at General RV in Ocala was very accommodating and made our visit enjoyable. The sway bar and hitch was done well. Kelly explained the camper functions well. Would buy there again and definitely recommend them. Thanks for a nice experience.

I was very happy with the service that they did for me. They’re very professional treated me very well and did every thing They said they would do on time. The staff there is very helpful. Can answer all your questions and always make time for you if I ever need anything else from my RV that will be the only place I go.
The experience was relatively painless. Our service coordinator, Eric W, was helpful and professional. We did have some issues that were not addressed or not observed during service. Most serious of all were the trailer brakes did not work after service. Unit is right back in the shop to fix this serious issue.

Positive experience having a couple of minor warranty items addressed. While waiting for the work to complete, I had conversations with several General RV staff - parts desk, service manager, shop manager, and finance guy - all great folks.
Friendly staff that all were making sure customers were taken care of, if they needed anything, and that they were comfortable. All the staff made sure to keep customers in the loop and answer any questions they might have. GM even came to personally meet customers who just bought an RV from the dealer.
The team of Bud, Warren, and Joe were incredible! They promptly and professionally resolved my problem. We are traveling from Michigan and so glad we found General RV in Winter Garden.

Exceptionally friendly staff, even ones that were not involved with my purchase ,and during walk thru found several items promised to be fixed undone and corrected and also fixed several items not promised during the sale. They made sure my 2017 FR3 had everything working before I left the dealership

The ease of use: pull up, check in, sit down, wait, drive off. We ran in to some potential issues with the red tape surrounding the warranty but the team helped get it resolved with positive results. The staff was courteous and professional and the waiting room was clean, well stocked with snacks, and comfortable. This was my first experience bringing our RV in and I’m relieved to know that if it will be like this for future visits I’m confident that they’ll do what they can to ensure we’re taken care of in the shortest time possible. We’re really glad that we chose General RV for our first RV purchase ever and to know that the quality of service continues into the life of our RV.

We were treated with respect from start to finish. Samantha did a great job with our walk through of the trailer. She was very knowledgeable and wanted to ensure everything was correct. We have bought multiple rv’s and this experience was the best.
Jeff Van Duyn in services was very helpful as far as making sure the job was done in a timely manner. He also demonstrated efficiency as far as getting the right parts ordered & making sure it was covered under our extended warranty.

Fernando Anderson did an incredible job with us. We bought our trailer in kate September. After using it 2x we identified several issues to come in and get fixed. After calling and trying to get in for service we kept getting jerked around. I asked to escalate and we got Fernando. He stayed in constant communication every week. Trailer was there about 3 months. After the install of water heater tech scrapped the outside wall. He identified it and had it corrected. Honestly I am a hard customer and he exceeded my expectations. I highly hope you recognize him! He is an employee you need to keep and recognize! Thank you, Fernando !
