Everyone was exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful. We made our purchase while we were traveling in the motor home we traded in. They were so very accommodating allowing us to camp on their property while we finalized the purchase and then while we moved all of our stuff. They expedited the sales process and then squeezed us in for a service appointment to install snap jacks and a sewer storage system before we continued on our travels. Everyone from Jimmy, our sales guy to Scott, our financial guy, to Emily, our walkthrough specialist and the staff in the parts store and the gals at the front desk were so lovely and helpful. We really felt welcome and special.

Communication was pretty good and the RV got looked at the same day as drop off. New AC was not working on a brand new RV from Grand Design.

My salesman George has been there for us for years! He has a great sales persona without the pressure and has always been truthful and upfront with us. All the while still treating us like family! I traveled 3 hours just to have him show me this Brinkley! I knew I would get straight answers .. and we DID! So we bought and traded our previous travel trailer with General! Oh yes George sold us that one too! You all have a gem ! Don’t ever let him go General RV Center !

The technician that helped us fixed a problem with the water line that someone didn’t do the last time we were in. We appreciated it.

I enjoyed my visit with General RV. The salesman Shaq was not high-pressure. He was straightforward and honest with me and I really appreciated that. The entire staff there was very helpful in closing my deal. I went in for a short service and I ended up trading in my camper and replacing it. I’m very excited to use it. Kathy Retherford scheduled our appointment so that our RV could be looked at enroute from Ohio to the Michigan thumb. She provided great service as did the mechanic that investigated our problem. The mechanic provided specific details about the troubleshooting. While the problem could not be duplicated, we have not had the problem occur since they looked at it.
