What did you like about your experience with General RV?

Brycen our salesmen was fantastic! He was very attentive and actually listened to the things we wanted and made recommendations based on the feedback from other trailers we thought we wanted. He ultimately got us into our dream camper with everything we asked for and then some while still staying in budget, dude is a legend!
Mike N was also amazing for our financing super informative and a complete jokester made us feel right at home through the entire process!
Jake who did our walkthrough and demonstration of the trailer was also phenomenal, super friendly guy with all the information you could ask for about your trailer!
I was dreading looking for a new trailer and especially from a dealer based off horror stories from others but I am so glad I chose general rv and got the team I did that made my families dreams come true

Someone willing to talk to us. Someone really willing to listen. To what we needed and wanted. Plus you looked up my truck. To make sure it could handle pulling the trailer. Not many places do that.

I was very impressed with the service department especially Ingrid and Bonnie. Camping world tried to charge me a bunch of money to replace an ac when it was just a tripped breaker. I’m super grateful for their honesty and professionalism.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. Rick on the sales floor was great. He always got back to me to answer any questions we had. Edna in finance was very knowledgeable and got the job done! Dale walked us through our RV and went over every detail! Overall, a great experience and I all ready recommended Rick to my friend!

Bought our RV at Dover General location. The morning we showed up at Dover to buy 4 techs were trying to make repairs on the RV electrical systems.We left there being told everything was working perfect. Get home, we found out RV had major electrical issues. We soon took it into W. PALM General RV. The whole crew at WPB General were great to us. Professional, kept us informed, and pleasant to work with. I want to give special thanks to Rebecca and Scott Slicker, they were outstanding in helping solve our issues. The crew at WPB turned our sour experience after leaving Dover into feeling like we can now enjoy our New Coach!

Salesman Greg Watkins goes out of his way even on his days off to help you with the purchase. This is our second purchase from General RV and we were lucky to have him as our salesman both times. Enjoyed the thorough walk through with detailed explanations.

Everybody was friendly and professional and the buying process went without a hitch ;-) .
Dymone our sales person walked us through the process and even helped us afterwards to get some minor cosmetic things fixed promptly.
I would recommend the dealership to others!
I would also recommend Dymone as I was very impressed with her sales style and follow up afterwards.
