Let me start with the sales man Jaime, he is outstanding and vey nice, kind, professional, etc…He answered all my questions and phones calls thank you so much for your help, service, and patience with me Jaime ! I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to buy an RV at this place he is the guy !!! Also I want to mention Roberto he is awesome, he answered all my questions about the RV thank you very much for helping understand how to operate the RV so this is my first RV.
Also I want to mention Josue awesome guy too thank you for your help!!!
One more guy Jack the finance guy thank you so much for everything and outstanding support I highly recommend this guy for your financial advice in General Rv he is great !!

Great service! We were traveling and needed help with the ceiling air conditioner. They fit us right in and quickly resolved the problem. The service manager brought us lunch. The technician thoroughly checked the system and fully explained the problem in a kind and supportive manner then we were on our way in less than 2 hours. Thank you General RV!

Every single employee with whom we interacted was phenomenal! They were friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions and give food for thought about possible future modifications. We called with an issue and they worked us in immediately; other places tried to schedule us for 2 weeks out which is completely useless when you have trouble. We highly recommend General RV!
