The facility was very impressive. We showed up at opening to have a couple of recall safety items checked to see what kits or parts were needed then schedule the work. We were taken care of quickly and were rescheduled for our future repair. We want to mention our service writer
Nikki walked us through and explained what was needed on our coach and took care of us.

They take a personal interest and ensuring that all questions are accurately and effectively answered, and working alongside the customer when necessary. The service rep was a perfect professional (as well as the courtesy rep)!
We were on a 12 day trip and our slide stopped working. We stopped without an appointment, they took us in, solved the problem and got us back on the road quickly! We couldn’t have been more pleased!
