Recently had an accident with our 2020 Solitude 380FL that required quite a bit of repair to the lower front of the 5th Wheel. Working with our insurance company was a bit of a hassle since they only have one approved repair shop in the are for Solitudes and it was not a Grand Design dealer. So, went to General RV at the end of 2024 to get the ball rolling on the repairs. Things with General RV started off slowly since the person I was dealing with moved to their new location. No problem, not using it this winter anyway. Fernando picked up the project and ordering the parts and dealing with the insurance company started moving swiftly ahead. Insurance underestimated the cost of repair by almost 100% - surprise!! Fernando, and then Tarik, took on the insurance company and got them to fully comprehend the extend and cost of the repairs. It took way too much of Fernando's and Tarik's time to deal with the adjusters but they stuck to it, for which I am extremely grateful. These two were on top of all the issues and once the parts arrived, the rv was repaired in no time. Looks as good as new! Appreciate the good work, friendly manner, keeping me updated, and diligence in getting it done. While I don't plan to have another dumb accident, I would definitely return here for the repairs. Can't say enough good things about how Fernando and Tarik took care the situation.

We greatly appreciated the time, attention and patience we received…especially when making such a big purchase. All the GRV staff who helped us were extremely knowledgeable and took their time to make sure we were comfortable with our new rv. The front desk staff made sure we were welcomed and got to where we needed to be, our salesman Greg Watson went the extra mile from our first call, Greg Stevenson patiently took his time walking us through and explaining our purchase in great detail, Nick from service did the same thing teaching us how to safely hook up and unhook our rv, and Jarod Swinehart even made the often painful payment process not so painful. All gave us their contact information and invited to call for assistance whenever needed. We did not drive away feeling deserted and forgotten.

She is someone who is truly honest tells it like it is and has a very obvious great rapport with the people she works with the brand new camper that we’ve purchased. That’s been in there three times now for warranty service that’s kind of sad but not their fault
