Friendly staff that listens and does their best!

We had our repair done at brownstown. Between our service rep Tonia, and the tech , Troy, we had a very good experience. Unfortunately the number of hours it actually took to figure out the problem was far more than they will reimbursed for. But they persevered and finally found the underlying issue. Thank you very much!

Very fast service reasonable on pricing

When I went too go pick up my trailer and doing the walk around with my service rep Natalia there was something that wasn’t quite done and it was about the time for everybody to go home for the evening. She made sure that it was resolved before I left and the guys in the shop make sure it was done before they went home that really meant a lot it took about an hour or so to fix the problem and they made sure it was done

Justin went out of his way to find and correct problems in my RV. His ability to communicate with the customer is second to none and he always does so with a smile on his face. Brett, the GM, cares greatly about his customers and making sure that there experience with General RV is a positive experience.

The entire experience from initially looking at campers, to making our selection, to completing the paperwork was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they were able to answer every question we had. Awesome experience!
