Jeff Vanduyn did a great job working with me to get our motorhome fixed, after a deer accident. I was impressed with how General RV fixed my motorhome in a very timely manner. I was expecting it to be fall before I could get it back, but they finished it by August 15th. I was very pleased with how it looked after being fixed. A great job.
They were extremely patient. We were waiting for Ins. to pay off our old camper that was totaled from an accident. They held a camper for us for almost a whole month. Everyone I talked with, but had to deal with me was so nice and so patient. Both salesman and and my finance guy worked above and beyond, and sometimes on their days off. We could not have asked for a nicer group of people.
Personal service is a primary concern. From the sale to necessary maintenance on my motorhome, I have been very pleased with the service. Chris is a good salesman and Chad has been my service guy for three years now. Great people in this store.

Mequette was very knowledgeable about the rv. In fact she was able to give us answers that no other salesperson that we had worked with (and there were many) were able to. Scott did a great job of closing the deal and getting us on our way. We had another guy that walked us through the unit and he also did a great job.
