Our salesman Rick was knowledgeable and up front on everything. Our financing rep Jesse was very good and didn’t present a fake attitude. Brady gave us our final run through and was very personable. As we just took delivery of our RV three days ago, service after the sale remains to be seen. Hopefully we don’t have any issues; but I’ll be adding future reviews either way. Nat our advisor was always professional and very knowledgeable if he didn’t have the answers he went to the mechanic and got the answer. He always worked well with Aqua hot techs making sure if it was Aqua hot related letting them know so they would give him the go ahead to troubleshoot the issue so they would be responsible for their part paying for the time spent troubleshooting. Since there was 2 party’s paying the bill. It ended up the issue was the power cord real and not the Aqua hot. So most the cost was on us but we were fine with that because Nat always explained everything to us along the way. While Nat was out Sherr was also very knowledgeable always kept us informed we were sorry to hear she left thank you
