Great experience. We were treated very well by Olivia-service rep and Joe our install tech.
They addressed our concerns and did everything right. Joe took extra time to explain everything to us.

Everyone there at the West Chester facility was very nice and helpful. Tia who was my sales person was very responsive for the initial sale and Will Moore was also responsive for the follow up warranty repair work.

On the unsatisfactory side, it appeared to me that PDI was not actually completed on my Ekko 23B. I found several issues that should've been caught if a real PDI was done. Not related to General RV, so far not impressed with the quality of the Ekko build. Drove it across the country to return home and found that the roof has water leaks in in 2 separate locations along with the other items listed on my service record.
