Great sales and service staff. Delivery was easy and informative. The 5th wheel hitch installation was top notch. They made me an offer I couldn’t refuse!!! It was a pleasure working with everyone on the staff.

We have heard horror stories about General RV and the service department. But Nikki took such great care of us. Same day appointment and we found warranty issue with all of our brakes. Nikki worked with Brinkley to get parts and fixed same day they were received. She continually checked on us and even replied to a question the day after we left. She single handedly made it a great experience.

We've loved this place when it was Stoltzfus RV. Everything that made us love it back then has seemed to carry over to the new management team which is something that doesn't always happen when new companies take over. Even when things go wrong they are willing to work with you on a reasonable solution. We will be back again!

Your service department is the best. I purchased my Grand Design Influence from Blue Compass in Indianapolis only because not knowing that you folks were in Huntley. Service manager Thomas and service advisor Andrew were awesome and their communication practices were better than I can ever expect. Saying that, because of your service department and their willingness to go the extra mile, General RV has got all of my RV business both service and future RV purchases. They deserve this recognition, and I thank you.

The whole staff was excellent throughout the whole buying experience. I've heard nothing but horror stories about RV dealers in general. However, we didn't experience any of that at all. I would highly recommend this dealer.
