Getting an appointment and drop off was streamlined. Happy with the work so far. Amanda at service dept was fantastic and listened to my detailed instructions .

Detailed in knowledge about the camper, but did not like the fact that the gentleman dumped the sawdust in the toilet. He could have just as easily walked outside and threw it in the grass.

The experience in its entirety definitely needs work, but people like Sean in the service department are making this transition of a new RV center with Grace! My battery was left on and the door was left open when I left and now my batteries are drained. I’m hoping there’s no damage and that they charge back up. I’m taking into consideration the new aspect of the dealership and that’s why you’re getting such a high score. I also make room for that type of growth And again someone like Sean is really serving the people that are not having the greatest experience.

All of the team from sales, to finance the folks that did our tour etc. They all were super helpful, very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Steve Poels, Steve Butler, Rory in finance were excellent to work with. They showed us several rigs in our price range and were a great help to us in our trade in. We never felt pressured or obligated to buy while looking at these rigs. We got a killer rig. 2023 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA. The walk through with Jack went very good. I would recommend General RV to anyone looking for a RV. Thanks again for everything.
