I was there for two repairs. The service write up tech fully informed me of the work that needed to be done and provided me with a close approximation of the cost.
The work was done quickly, was checked to make sure the repairs solved my problems, and the invoice came in just as he had projected in the beginning. Everyone was great.

At time of delivery, everyone was so great at welcoming and polite. It wasn’t a big box store experience that I expected. I had very little to do with the salesman and he wasn’t there the day I picked it up but everyone else through the entire company was phenomenal.

Everyone we’ve encountered has been very personable and helpful and willing to answer questions and help us get issues resolved. Especially our service advisor Amanda.

Every one is super friendly. They get involved with you showing interest in getting your questions answered. From the very moment you come through that door you get a friendly greeting and on your way out a friendly good day! You don’t seem to see that kind of good behavior from people anymore.

I loved the overall experience! Everyone was super nice. The only thing is we bought a used RV and was told that they checked everything to make sure it was in working condition. I didn't realize that meant the black tank would be 1/3 of the way full with someone else's poop. The fresh water tank also had some form of mold in it. We got everything cleaned out but I would expect a dealership to properly clean everything prior to selling it to a customer.

General RV Center of West palm Beach was an amazing experience. All service personnel were very professional and knowledgeable making our experience outstanding. We highly recommend this facility for all services.
