We had a great experience at General RV. When we went in we really weren't planning on buying a new fifth wheel at that time. The Richmond store was also great to work with during the pickup of our RV. Brian did an outstanding job with both our virtual and in-person walkthroughs, making sure we were comfortable with every aspect of our new RV.

Our only piece of feedback is that it took a little while for the RV to be brought around when we were ready to leave. It appeared to be a very busy day, so we completely understand, but we wanted to share that observation.

This is the third RV we've purchased from General RV, and the experience has gotten better each time. We truly appreciate everyone's hard work and outstanding customer service, and we'll definitely be back when it's time for our next RV!

My Service Rep, Chad Fuss, was very communicative and clear of the process, issues, delays, etc. While very disappointed with Brinkley and our insurance company, interacting with Chad assuage some of my frustration. Will come back here for all my service needs.
