The delivery team jumped through hoops to get my RV ready for delivery. In the end I made the decision to not purchase and they respected my decision and credited my deposit back. This is the treatment from a company that truly treats you like family. Way to go General RV Wixom, Michigan sales team you are 100% true to your word and I would recommend you to anyone in the market looking to purchase !!

Everyone listened to my need that Camping world ignored and rejected. I got what I asked for and more at the price point I was willing to work with. They truly came across as wanting to take care of my family and I. I got a better RV support and experience. IF I ever upgrade I will go there first. I am sending my stepson and wife for there first unit.👋

They are great at listening to my concerns and addressing the real problems. They provide options for me to consider as I weigh the issues and costs. Always willing to go the extra mile. They have gathered employs together that seem to all be very service oriented. Great place to do business !!!!

The employees make everything easy and are always happy to help with any questions and show you a bunch of different rv's that may include the options that you've been looking for like a stove for your wife or a outside kitchen for those nice summer days.

Hi, they all were very receptive to my camping problem. However, the exact reason I came in for happen again when I went to use my generator for the first time, I am waiting untill Monday so I can call them ask what they did after the filled the tanks and how to fix my lap so my generator will start.
That is disappointing on 4th of July heat RVing.. but I am waiting to decide what happens to post google reviews

Had brought our Brinkley in for warranty service and the shop was able to complete the service while I waited. From check in to check an hour and a half. 👍
