We have heard horror stories about General RV and the service department. But Nikki took such great care of us. Same day appointment and we found warranty issue with all of our brakes. Nikki worked with Brinkley to get parts and fixed same day they were received. She continually checked on us and even replied to a question the day after we left. She single handedly made it a great experience.

We've loved this place when it was Stoltzfus RV. Everything that made us love it back then has seemed to carry over to the new management team which is something that doesn't always happen when new companies take over. Even when things go wrong they are willing to work with you on a reasonable solution. We will be back again!

Service manager Thomas and service advisor Andrew were awesome and their communication practices were better than I can ever expect. The whole staff was excellent throughout the whole buying experience. I've heard nothing but horror stories about RV dealers in general. However, we didn't experience any of that at all. I would highly recommend this dealer.

They really cared about my issues I was having with my motor home, they fixed the problems and helped me get back on the road to camping. I will have to say that Samuel is a real RV Wisperer when it comes to fixing the Issues that I was having. Samuel knows his stuff when it comes to RV’s. Kevin Scribner was my Salesman he was the difference and we can’t say enough good things about him too. We have had Great experiences at General RV and we have already given one o Kevin’s business cards to or friends. We will be bringing our motor home back to General RV when we have a problem. Rich at the Service Desk was very upfront with us and respected our time and money. Top-notch Customer Service. The technicians that completed the repairs were knowledgeable which meant overall savings for us. We were traveling so time and convience was important.
