We've not had the best experience with the quality of our last two purchases from GRV. While I know processes are improving at GRV to suss out product quality issues during delivery, I'll feel confident and supported in purchasing our 3rd unit from GRV as soon as we're able, and tell folks we meet while traveling the same thing.

The service advisor, Lori, was great. I had to been to many Camping Worlds before and the service here was way better! I had to go past 3 Camping Worlds to get to this location. If what happened is the standard for General RV, I'll be glad to make that drive every single time! Thank you!!!
Had plumbing leak under my shower. The shower had to be removed and the leak caused by rodents had to be repaired and shower replaced. This all was done in a couple of days. Excellent job.
Will was very easy to work with. He explained everything in detail and made appropriate recommendations for service in order to maintain warranty. He was very communicative as well.

General RV has been a true partner in all of my maintenance needs. I want to specifically point out my service rep Ms. Lori G and tech Mr. Shane. They have been very patient and trustworthy. The pricing is fair and I do not feel overwhelmed when they explain the treatment plans for my rig. They are very detailed in explaining what needs to be done and they pay particular attention to detail to ensure a well working rig. I am looking forward in continuing to work with the General RV team.
Kathy in service was so helpful and answered every question I had. This General RV fixed an eyebrow light and a running light in the back of the RV that were out when I purchased it in Wixom. Fantastic service 👏
