Overall, everything went well with the process. However, I felt that the sales approach was a bit aggressive. I understand that selling an RV can be more challenging than selling a car since an RV is not a necessity.
After passing the initial stage, the financing process became more difficult. The representative handling my financing seemed as though they were doing me a favor, which made the experience less comfortable. After two or three days of back-and-forth and a hard credit inquiry, we were finally able to settle on the price agreed upon with sales.
Despite these challenges, I truly appreciate all the support provided by the team throughout the process.

From making the appointment online, to meeting at the front desk in the actual camping world in canton branch. They were very professional/personable in answering any questions we had and to show us all that we had asked in our price range. He did not push us , he allowed my husband and I to discuss what we liked and didn’t. He didn’t waste our time looking at ones that were out of our price range or not what we were looking at.
It was very nice how the branch had golf carts to drive you around the parking lot to each camper to look at, and In the fact that it was snowing too. Lol Inside the branch they have free drinks to choose from they are very delightful. Would not shop anywhere else for a camper. Will send everyone we know that is shopping for a camper your way.
Clearer communication of expectations for timing of work to be completed would be helpful. Overall, service and customer service are excellent. I just wish that it wasn’t so expensive to get work done!
General RV Tampa Branch is the one to go very professional service and great customer service specially my sales lady Roxie Farrell the minute she walk in to me I notice the experience and knowledge she have she’s great also Jason Cohen and Chris Hall from the finance department they handle everything so smooth and professional even tho I had a very bad experience in Ocala Branch with the finance guy who’s name is Sebastian Beltran and it’s a super unprofessional person he run my credit 5 different times even tho I told him not to do that I allow him to run my credit only two times and he did whatever he want that the reason why I decided to go to Tampa instead and when he find out I was in Tampa branch he decided to text me and insult me via text which I still have those text messages anyways the crew in Tampa make my experience way much better thank you

Our first time in the store dropping off for service.We are new customers and everyone was very nice and helpful. There was a lot of staff that was ready to help and they have a nice lounge to relax The process went smooth and we are repaired in time to take a family trip we were very thankful. My Service Advisor was awesome as well as the tech who made the repair.
Had recent warranty repair. Whole process end to end was smooth. I am pleased with Madison the service advisor assigned. She kept on top of the process with frequent communications before and during the service.

Everyone we had contact with resolved issues we identified, however some communication between delivery dept., finance dept. and customer was cumbersome as it was routed through receptionist instead of directly.

Our salesman was very good. We knew what model RV we wanted, Rob helped with ordering the specific options we wanted. During the PDI, we noted one important issue and it was addressed with only a few day delay. During the 970 mile maiden voyage, the water heater died. General RV’s service dept said it would take 3-4 weeks in their shop. We were 1/2 way to FL, that was a laughable response. It was a pain dealing with the heater’s warranty ( Furrion) but ultimately it was fixed in FL. We then took the Reflection to AK with no troubles at all. So, in 8 months, we towed the rig 15,806 miles. There was a list 15 items needing attention. Gage and Broc at General RV and Grand Design took care of all of them with no fuss. So I’m a Happy Camper!
The sales team were amazing! Our salesman Domenick was the very reason we came back to buy our second RV in two years. If it weren’t for him we wouldn’t have come back. We had terrible experiences with the service side. The people were friendly and nice but the work was terrible. They broke more than they fixed. I have to find somewhere else to have my new RV serviced as I will never let them work on it again.
