Great experience from the first call all the way until pulling away with our new camper! Worked with us to make sure we had everything we wanted at a price that worked for our family, offered extras but were not pushy when it didn’t make sense for us, flexible and patient with our kids coming along for the ride, consistent clear and open communication throughout the entire process. Plus the extra comfort of having a reliable, friendly place to bring our camper as the years go by!

It was very organized and welcoming. Everyone was very kind. I was even able to bring my dog inside and there were water bowls, which he really appreciated. It was my first RV experience and I have to say that it was pretty awesome. Thank you to everyone!!!

James our sales person, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable.
We have had many rvs Rob gave us the best walk thru we have ever had. We saw a few minor issues and they were taken care of immediately.

The service tech was friendly and professional. They address all of my needs and got my service done quicker than I thought. I also like that General RV was able to do tires and maintenance unlike Camping world that can’t do tires. I like it’s a one stop shop.
