My husband and I have been looking for a used class A RV for quite some time. We finally found exactly what we were looking for at General RV in Ashland, VA. My first interaction was the initial phone call to set up an appointment to come and see it. I was truly amazed with the kindness and professionalism given by the gentleman I was speaking with, I want to say his name was Jeff. He was able to answer all of my questions and even offered additional information without trying to rush me off the phone which prompted me to make the appointment before doing so. The very next day he followed up with a phone call to let me know we'd be meeting with Adam the day of our appointment. Adam was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He took us to see the unit and showed us a couple others that were in our price range just to give us a variety and make sure we were choosing the right fit for our needs. Once we chose the one we wanted we went back to Adam's desk, agreed on a number, gave a small down payment, and made the appointment to come back and sign papers to pick it up. When we arrived that day we felt like "Rock Stars" as soon as we walked through the front doors. We were greeted by Lisa (who is lovely by the way) with VIP name tags and given a run down of everything we'd be doing that day before signing on the dotted line. We were given a walk through and a thorough tutorial on how everything worked. Not only on the outside of the unit but inside as well. We were also introduced and greeted by every department head at the General RV Center. After we met everyone and felt comfortable with our purchase we sat down with Joey in finance. He too was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. When I told him I had my own financing he asked for permission to shop around and find a lower rate with the same term I was offered through my Credit Union. I had doubts he would but he did!! He saved me 1.5% on the interest rate and for that I'm truly grateful! Doesn't matter if you're purchasing a $10K pop up or a $2M dollar diesel pusher, everyone is treated like "Rock Stars"! And for that we will be back when we're ready to trade up!! Thank you General RV staff in Ashland, VA!! You're all Rock Stars in my book!!

I thought dealing with Hafin was pretty upfront and straightforward. Cari was prompted to answer any questions I had. Deanne and Wyatt very helpful in demonstrating unit and answer questions too.

Very nice service representative, easy to explain problem and understand what they are going to repair.work with me on getting the fifth wheel scheduled for repairs. Also they made sure the mechanic and service department knew that it needed plugged in because of food in fridge. The repair took longer so they reached out and asked if they could keep for another day . And absurd me it would stay plugged in while it was in there shop. Most repair were completed , except a few that needed parts and jayco consent to fix . Quick and fast service department.

The staff was nice and easy to work with. Bam helped us find our RV in Colorado and bring it to Draper. And there was no hassle on pricing and the trade-in.

I really like Brandon , the service guy. He was easy to understand and was good at not over promising how long it would take to get the laundry list of things done. The ladies at the front door were also very nice and helpful. Although I was never unhappy with the Stohlzfus operation, some of the upgrades were pretty impressive. The new bathroom is great, the waiting area is nice and the general condition of the showroom was also very nice. I even bumped into 2 of the guys who were clearly maintenance folks, and when they saw me drinking from the water faucet, they both chimed in and offered cold water in bottles.

The sales man Mr Miller did an amazing job showing the camper and answering ever question I had. The entire team of people was very respectable toward my wife and I. The parts department did amazing also. When picking up the camper the gentleman that showed me all about the unit was very polite and answered all my questions and also offered his expert advice on all things that involved the camper. Financial was very good and advised me to do the correct things. I told the manager that the made my buying very great experience and would very highly recommend to any body interested in purchasing and camper or motor home.
