Everyone was very nice. The dealership was huge, clean, and stocked with supplies. We had an issue with the camper originally ordered at the Hershey show was not delivered and our order was resubmitted, which pushed delivery back about 6 weeks. Mo in NC was helpful and kept us informed while we waited for the correct camper to be delivered.

Every team member seemed to do whatever they could to make sure everything was done right. They also seemed connected to each other and the company.

The sales staff was very helpful in selecting our camper and working through the deal. When problems were found with the unit we the unit we planned to purchase they quickly located another unit in the area and had it brought in. Our sales rep Hillary was especially pleasant to work with.

The facility is beautiful

Prompt fast response, friendly people, I love their coffee hazelnut, make sure all your questions or answered in a timely manner and when you call them, they call you back the same day.

My experience at the General RV location in Fort Pierce was honestly very disappointing. The entire buying process was difficult, and several things were done incorrectly. Getting answers and trying to have the issues addressed was extremely frustrating, and the service there did not meet expectations.
However, when I stopped at the General RV location in Ocala on my way to Ohio, the experience was completely different. The team there provided excellent service, great attention, and they quickly fixed the problem. I truly appreciated their professionalism and the way they handled everything.
Thank you very much to the Ocala team for turning the situation around and providing the level of service I was hoping for.
