It was a great experience from start to finish.. I bought new and knew what I wanted and General RV located the unit closest to me, emailed their lowest quote for out the door cost and I drove to the dealer and picked it up. They even got quotes for best deal on insurance prior to pickup. It was an all around great experience that exceeded my expectation.

Timely service

I felt like we were treated very fairly. We had a recurring problem with our generator, and Jeff and his crew supported us four different times until they were able to identify the problem and get it fixed.

The American Coach service dept is outstanding, specifically Bonnie and Steve.

Everyone is always so welcoming as soon as we entered the building. Between the service team and our amazing sales person Bob B. we always receive excellent service. I would highly recommend General RV for anyone looking to buy a recreational vehicle.

Sean is very knowledgeable and is very helpful on every step of getting my RV fixed and back on the road. He would be the reason why I feel comfortable leaving my RV with the advisor.

Tina was great and very helpful. You should have a vending machine so people can get a pop, candy bar , or chip while waiting in the service area .

Sandra my service writer was excellent keeping me updated on the progress of my coach. She was very responsive to all my inquiries. The technician did a great job diagnosing the problem and making repairs.
