Ollie is a very conscientious and friendly customer service employee who is engaged the entire time before during and after service as needed for my camper van.

We had a couple stumbling blocks in Ollie immediately, took his attention and resolved as quickly as possible

Customers of General RV for many years, we have always relied on the staff and techs to ready our rig for summer adventures, make repairs when needed, and winterize it in the fall. Walt Zimmerman a great service rep, we know that General RV will do what's needed to keep us on the road. Their care is much appreciated.
