My salesman Tim was honest and showed me the vehicles I requested along with 1 additional that fit my needs. The GM was fair and made contact with me several times while the deal was going and continued to check on us as work was being done on the camper we purchased. Kevin in finance found us a great rate and was transparent throughout our purchase. But the star of this dealership was Lillian. She orchestrated all of our purchase from the walk through to the purchase to the work needing to be completed. There was a hiccup in the work being done and Lillian was on top of it. Making sure that every detail was completed. She is a great asset to your dealership and team and I really appreciated her dedication to making things right.
It has been an overall great experience for me as a customer and after previously purchasing 5 other campers around the metro area, this one was the best so far.

I was impressed with George the service manager’s direction fir repairs etc to our Aliner camper. An hydraulic lift was not the way to go. I trusted his judgement & suggestions. I met him & thanked him & he truly loves his job.
Jim was immensely helpful & coordinated the work & followed up several times addressing my needs & questions. He took a personal interest with helpful suggestions to make suggested changes like replacing springs & a roof gasket. Brian not only did excellent repair work but solved my problem with an assist rail for my wife . Absolutely pleased with Gen. RV

Was pretty happy with the quickness of the service. We had a keep you camping appointment and were there for about 3 hours. Now we didn't end up having an extensive repair, but we didn't know that going in and it was something we wouldn't be able to fix. We did put our trust that the problem was fixed, since we were headed home and haven't used the appliance yet. Guess we'll find out ;) Either way all in all it was a positive experience.

This our third purchase. Two travel trailers and this is our first RV. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received all the staff Especially Carla who helped us with finding the right RV for our needs and she also helped us with our other trailer we bought about 4 years ago and we couldn’t ask for anything more than someone who got us. Mike in financing explained everything very well. We felt very comfortable with him. Another great customer service couldn’t ask for anything more. We feel like we were taken care of. But had clean the bed wood base of the boot marks after front window and shade were replaced.

I have purchased two campers from RCD in the past. We were looking to trade two campers in on our dream toy hauler. RCD wouldn’t work with us like General RV did and more specifically Kevin my sales rep and Jon with finance. Big shout out to these outstanding employees.
