The quick reception, very fast examination of the problem, rapid diagnosis of the problem and extremely rapid disclosure of the status of warranty coverage. Only issue is the length of time from parts order to expected delivery date, between seven days to possibly fourteen days.

Sarah listened with sincere interest, noted all of our concerns, and track them to completion. We felt like we were handled with respect and transparency.

Over the years. In buying RV’s, We have “NEVER” had anybody take the Time to walk us completely through our New Unit both Inside & Outside, like Michael Thomas Did!

I did not have my trade on site when they give me a value when I went there. Everything was just what they said. It was gonna be to the penny. No bickering very very pleasant. Easy deal.

Good communication and responsiveness from the Service department members. My situation was a bit complicated but they stayed with it and diligently worked through it to resolve the problem.

First and foremost I liked that it’s family owned. The salesman Troy Terry, was above par, super knowledgeable and we felt like he really kept our best interests at heart. The finance guy was super friendly and worked out the best finance deal for us. Mr. Lamb who showed us all the features of our travel trailer and how to operate everything couldn’t have been nicer and more knowledgable. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The entire team starting with Tracy, Nando, Christine and Andy. They did such a great job. I went and found the general manager Mr. page and made sure that he knew how I was taken care of. I did not buy my RV from them, but they took care of me like I did very much appreciate their professionalism and executing the job without any flaws. I’ll definitely be looking at them from my future service and purchasing of RVs.
