Everything. Starting off with Jim Heflin. He was a very respectful salesman. He did not try to pressure us into buying anything. When we were not sure of one camper he showed us another one that he thought might benefit us. As it turned out we didn't like that one and we ended up liking the first one better. Next our interaction with the finance manager Sebastian was also a very pleasant experience. Sebastian gave us all the Extra Protection plans that we could add on to our financing and helped us with the best decision to meet our needs. It was great to meet the operations manager Dawson Nyquist. He assured us that if there's anything that we need that we only need to call him. That was a nice relief and gesture. The young man who did the walk-through was very thorough and went through any questions that we had. He also wrote down any issues so that he could correct them. Justin Mitchell did an awesome job in fixing some of the issues in the camper since it was a used camper. He said he treats them as if they are his camper. It is quite evident he did because the job he did was awesome and the camper looks great Andrea the delivery coordinator was awesome wonderful at making sure that everything was taken care of. And last but not least I would like to make special mention of Maria in the reception area. She was very sweet and directed us in the right direction and make sure that we got our VIP tags. We felt very special. The red carpet was out. Our name was on the sign and our name was on the TV! General RV is great! There is nothing negative that I can say about General RV!

Since I wasn’t available to meet and greet all personnel services just wanted to share how was the it turned out. My daughter lives in Fl to meet with personnel’s at Gen. RV location in Orange Park Fla., I got great response from her experience….she is so happy and excited with our brand new RV it’s a beauty. Best of all her lesson’s during walk through she was very impressed his sales man took his time for the whole presentation. I got all the photos and great quality service to my daughter’s satisfaction….thank you for all you done General RV we are proud happy campers.

My service advisor Katie was exceptional. She understood the problem I was presenting and was able to suggest and price a service the first time. The urgency of getting me in because of water intrusion was great.

Took coach in for winterizing then realized house batteries required replacing quickly moved to service department and got the job done.

Our sales person, Eli, and finance person, Jon, were excellent to deal with during the whole process. I highly recommend both of them as well as GeneralRV of Ocala.

On pick up day, there were a couple snafu’s (finance guy didn’t listen to us and our needs but after 4.5 hours we got it figured out) then we were having hitch installed, some wrong parts because of the manufacturers books and numbers being wrong NOT the parts guys fault at all… I have to say everyone we dealt with from Dave K selling us our unit, to Luke in parts, Joel in service, Andy for getting me an upgraded hitch to solve that issue, Heather when I came for a couple issues and the new hitch, and Trish keeping me company while I waited everyone was AWESOME!! Great experience all and all. Very knowledgeable folks, very helpful and very nice and funny made me feel like family not a customer. Thanks for all the help Luke and Joel!! You guys are excellent to work with!! Big Thanks to Dave K too!! This guy is AWESOME to work with when finding exactly what you need in your new RV!! Andy was a rockstar getting us rolling down the road on our new hitch. Can’t say enough about how much better the experience was over Camping World! (Minus the finance guy, didn’t appreciate him trying to throw out banker under the bus when he was the one who dropped the ball and didn’t do what we asked) great job General RV we’ll be back when we upgrade!

Nikki did a great job making sure the maintenance went smoothly.

They were able to quickly look up the parts we needed and get them ordered and they came in in a week. We were very pleased with the service.

We had an AC that wasn’t working and worked with service agent, Greg. Domestic made us come in for a “tech” to confirm but the 2nd trip, Greg got us in and out so we could keep camping as we were heading out west the next day! Thanks Greg!
