We had an excellent experience working with the folks at General RV in Longmont! Gary Movellan assisted & worked with my wife & I for about 2 months as we narrowed down what became a perfect fit for us as we took our first step into the RV lifestyle! Gary was patient, flexible & supportive as we navigated all the options out there for us. Loved that we did not feel pressured into settling for the first motorhomes we liked. Kevin Morris the Business Manager was also helpful in gathering information about our unit, added helpful suggestions & was fun to talk to. Once we decided on our RV, the rest of the staff also made the purchase process simple & not stressful. Lillian was helpful in setting up our finance meetings & pick-up events. General's Finance member (can't remember his name??) was excellent at breaking down & explaining details & options available during the closing. Finally Scott completed our RV walk-thru on our pick-up day - and spent a lot of time walking thru our unit! Made us feel much more comfortable driving it home!
Throughout the process Gary & the rest of the staff made our purchase a positive experience!

We were shown the 5th wheel we purchased from opening the unit to closing the unit.they did not miss anything. They answered all our questions. they offered a discount for some items we wanted to add to the unit. Overall we were pleased how thorough they were.

Pulled in with no appointment requesting an oil change. Got an appointment for the next morning. They also allowed us to plug in overnight. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, great communication.

I’ll start by saying I’ve had previous bad experiences at General RV both in Brownstown and Novi stores , but this last experience was good , Chad Fuss was very professional and most important he kept me updated and informed throughout this whole last experience, I did not expect you to have my camper as long as you did , but not a big deal since it is winter time and I had no trips planned , one of the recalls was for the rear spring shackles , I have inspected the warranty recall procedure that was done ? Not so sure about that ? The factory fix the little angle brackets installed do not look like they had that much more strength or support ? I guess we will see how they hold up , I manage a large collision shop and I’m very familiar with structural, frame and mechanical repairs , But Chad Fuss gets a 10 / A t
