Our sales rep was great she listen to what we wanted. Also, our finance rep was great in explaining things. The walk thru went well and making sure little things were taken care of was good. They had 10 days to prep the camper but it was all last minute to fit the sewer container to trailer and other things that should have been done before we got there. Such as charge batteries or plug us in so we could move it after we got our stuff moved. Was good until after we signed the papers and then they didn’t care.
They ordered my 5th wheel and I had it in two weeks. Service department took care of my issue with the ice maker in one visit.

General RV was awesome. They did a great job servicing our rv. They we kind, friendly and very helpful. When elwe picked up our RV our battery was dead and they were very helpful jumping us and get ng us going. Heather was amazing. She kept us updated and made sure everything was perfect.
Our advisor Allen met with us after the work was finished and went over everything the techs did. This is the second time we had our camper in for warranty issues and Allen listened and made sure everything was written down and completed.
Issues from tech work:
Cuts in the underbelly not taped
Black tank not emptied
Electrical wires and connectors left on floor and in cup holder inside the camper
I had a problem with my RV that threatened to negatively affect or delay my already scheduled 3 week camping trip set to start in 5 days. General RV provided an appointment 3 days prior to my departure date, solved and repaired my problem and saved the day! Well done!

General RV has a large selection of RV’s to choose from. It’s a cheerful and professional atmosphere. The guy who did our walkthrough was very knowledgeable and fun. I just wish my salesman would have greeted us when we came for the walkthrough, and thanked us for our business. He was there when we came in for our walkthrough, but never approached us.

Shopping for a car, truck or RV is both an enjoyable and miserable exoerience at the same time. Fun to look and find something you really want to have however then you have to sit down and do the deal. Well I am a repeat offender with General RV (4X)for a reason. This was my 4th purchase since 2016 (2 GD Imagine TTs, a GD 150 Series Reflection and now a GD Reflection 303 RLS fifth wheel. So I think that sort of sums it up. For me General RV has been fair to deal with, good customer support, customer loyalty, etc... so in return my dealership loyalty is with General RV. 4X kinda says it all.
We had a great experience thanks to an amazing salesperson Haley Huston,and the finance team Iman Nesibett. Also a shout out to Gabe Welch that helped with our walk thru. Will be recommending General RV when asked where to buy an RV.
Work done quickly and done right
Prompt and competent service
Everyone was very nice and eager to help. Shaq, Chris, Dale, Ken, Taylor all had great attitudes. I felt that they all were happy that I was a customer, and wanted to help in any way. Your facility was clean, and we were comfortable with the process. Shannon from Internet customer service responded very quickly.
The only negative was the financial piece. We worked with Edna, and it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. She is quite forceful in her approach. She wasn’t really interested in listening to my perspective, or helping me achieve my goals. It’s too bad because everything else was top notch. She put a damper on it.
The service department was ready for us at our scheduled appointment time and got right to work, diagnosing the issues.
No pressure and seamless process from start to finish. Keep doing what you do!!

Alan is a well seasoned service agent who was able to effectively navigate the warranty company gauntlet and get the job done. The job complete allowed us to proceed with the last part of our camping trip.
The only snafu was with the phone system at the shop which was in process of a change over.
