The service manager and GM went above and beyond! I was in desperate need of some help as I was on my way moving out of state. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Patrick out in the garage / receiving area and Amanda, my service rep. They make you feel important and welcomed. They were very concerned about my issues that needed to be completed on my Motorhome. With the assistance with Steve. My Motorhome issues were completed and I was given a full explanation what was the issue / repairs. They all took the extra time to make sure I happy with the repairs. Truly all professionals. Working with Ms Morales in service. She has been working ny service for nearly 2.5 months in dealing with my extended warranty. Several of the techs who worked on my rig came to my rescue at the last minute when just prior to leaving my steps wouldn't come in/out and then my main slide would not come in. Kudos to the techs and Ms Morales for getting me back on the road.

Everyone i interacted with was very helpful and kind. I on the other hand got set with Josh. At the i was running out of time to be in my small home on wheels, my pups had already been boarded for 15 days. My house had been turned over to the new owners.

All of the service representatives from the manager to the service advisor to the technicians and evenninto the parts department listen to my questions and helped me understand all my inquiries and worked toether to resolve and troubleshoot any issues or concerns that i had. Since i waited there for the day i had lots of questions and when each of them was available they helped me feel comfortable and gain knowledge as i was completing my 1st year as a travel trailer owner. Thanks everyone! Art, Stephanie, Crystal, Heather, Rick, Brendan, Gage, James and even the nice tall blonde woman walking through the waiting area engaged in a conversation with me to make sure i was happy with service and my extended warranty.
