Emily ensured I was setup with Marshall and Dave for a smooth delivery. I also enjoyed installing the capture plate with some assistance in liquid sunshine (in bucket’s) after the application of the fabric and exterior protection package was finally finished with the coach after the walk through. Except for getting soaked it was a great experience. Katherine was very helpful in the accessories/parts as well. All in all great team of professionals.

Vaden the hitch specialist was very helpful with a unique hitch setup that was very sophisticated. Unfortunately I have a few names absent from my memory that follow...the hitch installer worked with me to understand the complexity and get the set up right the first time... The manager kept in communication and directly communicated with us as well overseeing the operation start to finish ... Two other associates helped to support the setup and made thiings like transfering the bike rack and bikes a s a simple team approach task, with everyone involved and helping..
The finace representative was experienced and professional very perso able, listened and did not pressure us in any way, a refreshing, pleasant experience. The only reason the rating is not a 10 was a minor Travesty with the initial representative were we just did not click and felt that we were not communicating on the same channel... Emily noticed the tension and re assigned us to a different team member understanding tbe tension of a long day of orientation , a big Investment and a demanding day of details. Having us stay overnight hooked up overnight to make the end of the day easy and to assure us that we could use the features first hand and address any problems before leaving was a very kind gesture and stress reliever ... thankyou to everyone for there patience kindness dedication and class A service...it has made the process truly a pleasure and fond memory...Captain Roger and Dr Gemma

My service advisor is the first advisor that kept me updated and informed on the process. She also went to bat for me with the warranty company to get my RV fixed. My service advisor was Amanda Alamo.

The personal service was wonderful. The staff members at the wayland facility are very friendly and were willing to answer all our questions. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the travel trailer we chose to purchase. Kudos to Mr Taylor and his staff.

I have purchased three RVs over the years. The primary thing that truly stood out at General RV included actually being listened to. They of course had to run a checklist here and there, and as I responded with experience, the line of questions stopped. They never once pushed to sale me anything, it was constantly, "Sir what do you need", and they found ways to accommodate. There was never a single moment I felt rushed, pushed, or seemed like I was in the middle of a sales pitch.

Outside of treating me like a human and not a sale, their price was phenomenal. They beat the other two places I was talking too by thousands of dollars. I never disclosed what the other prices where, they just beat them naturally.

Jaqui was my sales Rep, Top Notch!, CJ was my Finance Guy, Top Notch!, Sam walked me through my RV, Top Notch!, and I even met Cam, the GM. Cam was genuinely interested in some of my decisions, not to change my thought process, but to understand where they can meet the customer even better next time.

I will buy from them again, and I am already recommending them to everyone I know who owns an RV.
