Jami was excellent at her job ! Very polite and professional!! Ryan found a problem with the coach and it was addressed and fixed. So we were able to drive it back home. The punch list of things that need to be addressed I have to take it to another General Rv closer to NY. We are thinking on taking it to one in Pennsylvania. The company and every employee that we came in contact with treated us like family instead of a number like other camping Rv companies. Thank you.

The buying experience was the easy and all staff was informative as we asked a plethora of questions. We were accommodated when we needed to re-schedule pick up.

I had a great experience working with the team at General RV Center in Longmont. The sales staff was excellent to work with and even set up the camper for me on a couple different occasions — including one time specifically so I could show my wife, which I really appreciated.

The walkthrough was very comprehensive, and they spent plenty of time making sure everything was explained clearly with no rushing. Everyone I interacted with, both in sales and parts, was friendly and helpful.

Finance was also a great experience — thorough but efficient, and they provided several options and explained everything well. Overall, a very smooth and professional process from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Its a sales center but there was no pressure, the staff were very helpful and friendly! Rob, who did our walk thru, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave exactly the amount of time and detail that we needed, to feel truly confident when driving our new fifth wheel away! Thanks team, we absolutely recommend you!!

The clerk and technician both went out of their way to help me. Only reason 9 and not 10 was tech missed a small idea that after talking to tech, I found this idea online and it solved my problem.

Tony did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the process and with the warranty work that needed to be done. The previous service center didn't complete the work correctly to stop the leak and General RV was able to get it done right!

Very friendly staff. I had given up trying to find propane. In a moment of desperation I called General RV as a last resort. The lady I talked with said they had some. I was able to buy to new bottles and fill my camper’s bottle. I will not forget the help. I will be coming back.
