I noticed the professionalism when I pulled up. They did a thorough inspection and notified me of what the findings were. I had recently just bought a Newmar Ventana 4037. I had the oil changed in the motor and the oil changed in the generator to make sure that I created a zero point for me to keep service records and they gave me a list of other things that I need to get done to get it ready for a trip which I plan to do. There was no pressure selling. It was just notifications. Erica was top-notch.

Jeremy was on top of keeping me updated with the status of my RV repair at their facility and General RV was my advocate when it came to dealing with warranty through the manufacturer. Would highly recommend their service center. Shout out to Paul in service as well for the education while I was there, he was a very relatable person and made me feel understood.

I purchased a Brinkley Model I 235. Very Nice trailer. Excellent people to work with. I have had a lot of questions about the trailer and they were very helpful and took all the time I needed to understand the trailer.

Our salesman, Eli, was a complete charm and assisted through the process of finding the right RV and providing all the info regarding our new Brinkley. Although we weren't in the market yet, the experience and the price helped considerably in making an immediate decision.
