We were passing through the area and developed a problem with our towed vehicle turn signals. General RV in Birch Run Michigan got us right in. We were treated very politely and professionally. Our service advisor was very informative and friendly. She let us know up front what the process would be and the pricing structure so we could make informed decisions on how we wished to proceed. The repair was completed quickly and we were able to get back on the road with only a few hour delay. We were very happy with our experience. The facility was clean, well stocked and everyone we encountered while there was friendly and helpful.

Our service rep, Joseph, is remarkable. He is great at communicating with us and helping to meet the needs of our coach. We have never had this level of service at any other dealership...and we are on our 6th rv.
