The staff were very professional, knowledgeable , patient, and courteous. As a first time buyer, they provided all the time I needed to feel comfortable and answered all my questions. They helped me hook up my trailer and guided me while I drove my vehicle onto the trailer. Every staff member assisted when I needed it and allowed me to do the things I was capable of doing myself. I appreciated the southern hospitality and respect. It was one of the smoothest vehicle transactions I have ever experienced. Every challenge was met with resolution to my satisfaction.

Everyone was so helpful and fun to work with. Loyle listened to everything I said I wanted and showed me just that. Weston worked so hard to get us where we needed to be. Wyatt walked us thru and showed us everything we needed to know about our new trailer. They were patient and understanding when we needed them to be. They laughed with us and put up with our shenanigans. They worked tirelessly to make the process go as smoothly as possible. They made sure every question was answered. I can’t see us ever buying an RV from anyone else!!!!

Everything in the transaction and delivery was good. However, after the walk through and paperwork, it took over an hour to bring the unit up so I could leave.

Staff were all very knowledgable

Brenda was fantastic with communicating every step of the way. They were able to get our RV in and back to us within a week! The warranty essentially covered everything. Everybody from the sales department to the service and delivery was very professional

The service department triple checked the exploded views of my water heater to ensure that I did in fact have the correct part…AND they had it in stock!

Sam and her technician were super nice and were very professional. My RV was serviced quickly and there were no issues. The parts department was very friendly recommending some useful products I haven't considered before. The waiting area was comfortable with nice seating, tv, beverages and snacks. Will definitely use this service center again.
