I was happy with the repairs that were needed. Upon arriving I noticed one of my tail light covers was missing and mentioned it to the intake person. Apparently they didn't have the part to fix it. I was upset to see on the invoice that I was charged $65 to inspect a tail light cover that was obviously missing. Really, do you really think that charged was appropriate for looking at a broken tail light that they couldn't even fix. I hope it's not a common practice. Again thank you for the repairs they did.

My Rep Bonnie Benard she is a SAINT!! I’ve had issues with my RV before and I’m old school service after the sale which is almost non existent anymore!! That’s what brings back your customers SERVICE!!! I couldn’t be happier you set me up with Bonnie,I even had a question about the ford side of the RV and she pointed me in the right direction!! Going above and beyond!! At every camp ground I’m in I brag about General RV and the service that you get here!! Keep hiring people like Bonnie and you will have life long customers like me!! And the boys in the back that do the work give them a raise great work!!

The people!! From meeting Rick to finishing up with Jason and Kenny and everyone in between we felt like everything worked professionally like clockwork. Kaylynn managed every area with ease. I wish every business had employees like those at General RV. We loved how friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable the staff are. We have bought a lot of cars and RVs in our 75 years and have never felt so comfortable with the entire process. Everyone went the extra mile to help and answer every question we had. I can’t say enough about our experience with General RV.

The service person was very nice, but the service department was terrible. They had our vehicle for two months and it seemed like it didn't even matter.

April was very friendly, helpful and explained the process and costs for the different services we needed. She kept us informed and provided us with great guidance when we needed to make some decisions. Our issues were all resolved but unfortunately we have to come back for a recall in the near future as the parts have to be ordered. She worked with us to schedule an appointment around some of our conflicts. We will be happy to work with her again when we return for that service appointment. Thanks April! See you in a few weeks!
