Our experience with General RV started with great online communication with Tim via Facebook Marketplace. Although things did not work out with the used camper we inquired about on marketplace, we did drive to their West Chester store and bought a leftover model. Kayla did a good job showing us how to use our new unit and Sisto was great helping us with the loan process and helping us in a pinch with getting the unit insured before we towed it off the lot. From the moment you walk in the front door, everyone was helpful and friendly!

My service advisor, Will Moore, and the service manager Cristian, worked incredibly hard to make the service visit a seamless process. While there have been challenges with the unit from the manufacturer, the service team inclusive of George “Doc” all the way down to Dave on the lot side have been very accommodating, kind, and helpful throughout the process. I appreciate their hard work and attention to detail in helping customers enjoy their rigs.

Honesty, transparency, friendly, professional service. I worked with Brett to buy a Grand Design trailer and he was not pushy, just kind and genuinely knowledgeable about the RV world. He answered my questions with patience. I also worked with Jeff Anderson. He was friendly and professional. The walk through really helped me to understand all the different aspects of how the trailer operates. I worked with DeAnne and she was fantastic.

I am a first time RV buyer and was at the RV show in Cleveland IX Center. My friend and I met TJ and he talked us through the various class C motorhomes. He did a very good job and I settled on the four wins 28Z. After I met with TJ I met with Todd in finance and he was very professional and did a great job and then had a phone call from Matthew with Insurance and I eventually went with progressive through Matthew yesterday my son and I did our walk-through and signed the final papers. Christina led the walk-through and did a very nice job obviously as a first time RV buyer it’s still a little overwhelming. There were a few things wrong with the coach and general is working on those. I was a little disappointed that the vehicle brand new RV had 498 miles on it. I do understand that it had to be driven to general. I just assumed it would be less than that, other than that, I’m very pleased with my experience with general and the team.

Everything was great, rig still needs some tlc but service crew has been great. Would love to hear from service asap

Delivery experience was amazing. Attention to detail was world class!

The people that we worked with were wonderful! They listened to what we were looking for and found us just what we needed. And Gary in finance was fantastic. Doing all of the paperwork can be very stressful, but we felt none of that with Gary. It was a super smooth experience - everyone was friendly and treated us like we were part of the family. Will definitely be recommending General RV to our friends who are currently shopping.
