We especially appreciated Samantha’s friendly nature and expertise as she thoroughly explained every facet of our new trailer. I would definitely recommend General RV to anyone looking to invest in a new trailer or motorhome. This is our third camper and third company we have dealt with. General RV has by far been the best.

Excellent customer service with my visit

Started with good communication with G-RV. It was timely and efficient. Emails, texts and calls were returned with the requested info. Felt like our Service rep, Mr. Danny Browder, kept us informed during the entire process, from scheduling our repair to final RV pickup. Also kept us informed as work progressed, so there were no surprises at the end. I do recommend G-RV be more transparent about total out-the-door costs as work progresses, since work scope and costs can change as work is being done. Also, customer should know up front that cost will increase if paying by credit card.

The professionalism of the service managers stood out immediately, as they communicated clearly, provided honest timelines, and followed through on every commitment they made during my visit.

Chris is our service writer. He was very helpful and kept us informed of our repair progress.

Catherine, our General RV parts associate, was extremely helpful. She identified the correct wiper blades and completed the installation quickly.

The service department was welcoming during the process of dropping our motor home off to pickup after service was completed. Our service advisor (Heather) seemed very intent that our concerns were addressed in her initial write up outlining each in detail. When we arrived to pick up our motor home we again reviewed each item, the work completed and issues that came up. At this point I would recommend General RV from purchase to continuing service.

Meeting all the people in all the different areas was a unique and nice experience. It made us feel like all customers were important to you. Everyone was so nice! Our salesman,Justin, went above and beyond in helping us. I just wish there was a General dealer close to us!
