David our sales guy was awesome!! He made that part super easy. Sean was super friendly & great the first day but a little disorganized on our pick up day. Seemed everybody was a bit disorganized that day. Our weight disruption hitch was not installed and ready which we didn't catch until they were ready to do the hitch hook up & the guy doing that asked about it. Finance was behind and rushed through paperwork. Lillian noticed when we were getting ready to leave that there was no key to the rear entry door so that has to be ordered & mailed to us. And then we didnt get our temporary registration & tag so we had to drive back out to Longmont just for that the day after pick up which was really inconvenient cause wr couldnt set up our storage lot without that & not one person apologized for that oversight!! Everybody that we came in contact with was very nice, the walk through/pick up just was not as smooth as we expected it to be.

I liked the selection There was at General RV. But the thing that really makes me recommend general RV is the business manager. Jason Jones went above and beyond to help secure me a good interest rate from the finance side. Overall, I was really happy with my experience.

No hard sell... showed me many different floor plan options... and most importantly, they listened to me in terms of what I desired in my new RV. Matt texted me with updates throughout the entire process. Our RV had a Grand Design recall repair. We also had an issue with our door which 2 prior mobile technicians could never resolve. It was fantastic to no longer see daylight from inside door. Matt arranged our service appointments and inspection/pickups all promptly by text. Upon pickup, we were almost an hour early and he worked his magic and got us right in and out the door with our RV.

All of the employees we worked with on this service call were very friendly. It's hard to believe this is the same company as the Mt. Clemens location. After dealing with them for years prior, we were ready to give up on ever having good service again.

We bought our RV from the Brownstown, Michigan store and have been traveling for the last 7 weeks. We came in to the Draper, Utah store and had some questions and asked about needed maintenance, and they went out of their way to help us and take care of us. Natalia and everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful, and overall it was a wonderful experience.

Friendly and Prompt. No hassles

Jeremy was great. Twice I was told to come up and pick up the camper, but the repairs were either not done completely and wiring was not checked. Jeremy and his supervisor did a great job of resolving my disappointments in the workmanship and my wasted time of 6 hours. They arranged for delivery of my camper to my home so a third trip was not necessary. Overall, I will use General RV as my dedicated shop because they listened, worked to resolve issues and in the end the workmanship looked wonderful! I am a happy customer!
