And in the end went above and beyond, since I’m a first timer, to make sure I have what I need. I just appreciate him being professional and kind to my mom a lot of folks give her a hard time but not ed and Scott as well, very nice people ! That we had Adam Watterson in our corner to help navigate, repair, & get our “new” trailer issues fixed. He definitely went above & beyond to help us in every way possible. We felt without him it would have taken much longer than it did to get us back to enjoying our new trailer.

I loved everything about my experience from the beginning to the end. Most notable was working with the lovely Cheyne. He is so thorough and knowledgeable and made sure that I walked out with the coverage that I needed no more no less. The young man that did our walk-through was great as well. I wish I could remember his name. And then last, but not least the tech that did the handoff and went over the hitch and my checklist was the best. Everyone there has just such a great personality and so easy to work with I felt comfortable through the entire process.

Friendly staff and general layout of facility The Montana unit I traded for had some issues that should have been fixed before we took ownership however.

Nick was my service manager and was polite and timely and communicated well.

General dealership/manufacturer feedback: I was coming in due to a Brinkley recall. The recall notice was known about in advance. My visit seemed more of an assessment more than me getting the recall needs fixed. So, now I need to come back a 2nd time which is pretty inconvenient. I assume the manufacturer informed the dealer network of the recall notice and I shared the recall details ahead of time. Seems I should have been able to show and just have the recall issue addressed in one visit.

Greeted by a very friendly staff young arriving. Will promoter with us to discuss the warranty repair and next steps. The job was completed promptly and we were on the way. Overall we were impressed with all aspects of the service experience.
