Service dept is great especially Rich!
On time and in and out without issue. Only point that was courtesy inspection wasn’t done until I questioned it. The rv was pulled in first for service due to line in the precheck bays. That’s fine as it got the service started but a better review to check this would be a suggestion. Compared to previous checks , I noticed the slide out was not opened or checked. What is the standard expectation for this inspection? Comments for the inspector were good for what was checked. Otherwise Amanda reviewed the reports with me and that was well done.

This was my 2nd time purchasing an RV from General RV in Orange Park. My first Experience purchasing (and service over the next 6 years) was so professional and accommodating that I really couldn't purchase my new Motorhome anywhere else.If I was going to spend a large amount of money on a new RV, it had to be a place I was confident would give me quick and efficient service in the years to come. John Lemon was our salesman and he helped us find the exact RV we wanted over a period of about 6 months and 3 RV shows. The business part was painless. Lou really had our interests in mind when getting us great financing! The "Keep you camping" policy is the best in the industry! I have used it several times and is a major reason we purchased again from general RV. We are looking for a great relationship (and a free round of golf) in the years to come.

Very friendly and knowledge staff. Great parts department and a great service department as well. The fifth wheel I bought was very well explained to me and clean thoroughly and ready to go when I was ready to pick it up.
