I submitted my information, and stated that I did NOT want to receive nonstop communication. They didn't call me unless I gave permission. They sent me a quote without any hassle. I paid for delivery, and it was delivered timely. Everything was easy and their tech support was great. I didn't wait on hold long and was connected with a guy who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

The service manager gave me an orientation to the facility to make me comfortable and my service advisor clearly reviewed the plan and waiting time expectations. The waiting area is roomy and comfortable and I found some great buys in the clearance section of the store.

Heather was good to work with and was professional throughout the process. However, the scheduling and service appointment process could use improvement.
For my most recent appointment, I had a scheduled time of 2:00 PM on a Friday. When I arrived, I was informed that the service department was only then getting to their 9:00 AM appointments from that same day. My RV was not ready for pickup until late afternoon on the following Wednesday (I believe the work may have actually been completed late Tuesday or Wednesday morning).
On a previous appointment, I had a scheduled time of 10:30 AM. I took a vacation day from work specifically for the appointment. However, my RV was not looked at by a technician until approximately 3:30 PM. At that point, it was discovered that the parts I had been told were available to complete the work were not actually carried by the parts department. As a result, no work was completed despite waiting more than five and a half hours.
Experiences like these create a significant level of frustration and have led me to consider other service options moving forward.

Really just the people - our salesman Brendan, the business manager Cameron, walk through with Dylan - all really fantastic and it was obvious they were trying so hard to do everything right. Really nice delivery experience.
The sales person was great! Your service department always stays in touch.
My only complaint is not with you but the vehicle seems to always need repairs.
