Fantastic experience picking up our travel trailer!
Everyone was very courteous and communicative throughout the process.
The delivery tech took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the trailer and kept a list of my questions to which he didn’t know the answer. The open questions were answered promptly after our walk through.

I had a positive overall experience with General RV. I ended up purchasing both a motorhome and a camper, which I didn’t originally plan, and the team made the process comfortable.
Jason was very kind and easy to work with. Tammy on the support side was also helpful, and Tom and Sheldon in sales were both friendly and professional.
The main issue was timing. The process took much longer than expected and ended up being an all-day visit, so better expectations upfront would have helped. There were also a few issues with the trailer that I’m still working through. The team did make an effort to address everything, but some items were thought to be completed when they weren’t.
Overall, the staff was sincere and did their best, and I appreciate their effort.
Very nice employees a lot of them have campers themselves. There not just selling a product based a sales literature. They actually camp with similar trailers or aspire to one day. I wish they weren’t so critical of our trade we loved our old camper just needed more room or else we would still be camping in it this year if we hadn’t traded it in.
The salesman Mario worked with me, & didn’t pressure me. Answered my questions & explained things that I needed answers to & about. Mario was very professional, but never pressured me. I can work with a person that doesn’t pressure me. Mario gave me the time to think about what I was investing in.

Their communication was excellent. I ordered my camper. It took around 9 weeks to receive it. Jonathon Valesques always answered my questions. Tommy in F&I was excellent too. Sierra have us the walkthrough and was excellent at explaining everything.
It was a nice and relaxed process for the most part.
