The friendly & knowledgeable staff were great to deal with. My Salesman Jeff was professional & knowledgeable about all the campers I was interested in, including the one that I purchased. The Parts dept. were very helpful by suggesting the basic products my camper needs for safe set up. JB in Finance was very helpful & knowledgeable as well. The entire staff at General RV couldn't have been more helpful.

Parts Dept was persistent and solved the problem. Just would have liked a tracking number when FedEx came a day later than expected.

I liked the service from Chad. Had a taillight issue with the camper that turned out to be my truck and not the camper. Helped me solve the problem right away with a new fuse. Went above and beyond his duty. It was top notch.
