Nikki Hughlett was our service contact, a pleasure to work with. She seemed to know what she was doing. It's unfortunate that a warranty/manufacturer repair took from October 2024 the earliest appointment we could ascertaine until May 2025 to complete.
That is not at all what we anticipated when taking our Alliance Paradigm in for a trivial repair that has happened to many 370FB's. We know owners of several of these rigs and none have had to wait this long for a repair.
It is understandable that parts and supplies take time to arrive but 8 months is excessive.
My rig is now up for sale. I'm finished with campers.

I liked the salesman Jim Heflin. He knew a lot about all the RV’s we looked at and there was absolutely no pressure. We do NOT like pushy salespeople. Jim was great and did not push, call or harass us.

We live in our camper and we are having issues with the fresh water system, they diagnosed the problem pretty quick. They explained what needed to happen to get it fixed and worked out a good solution, we were happy with how they helped us.

All of your staff are very nice and the facility is very top notch.
They jumped in very quickly to show me what I was doing wrong and took me in extremely fast to fix my lift problem. They corrected my problem of the washer/dryer and air in the bedroom. RV sites dial down the 30 amp creating electrical insufficientcy. The head technician, sorry I don't recall his name, was incredibly knowledgeable. Salisbury was great. Ocala, where I bought it, was not

Integrity and willingness to understand customer individual needs, and find affordable resolutions. I bought a used RV, yet received brand new purchase quality service. Employees are knowledgeable in each department I have worked with, (sales, transport, closing, service maintenance, parts, phone reps,) Everyone provided great service. I didn't feel less valued as a customer because I was buying used or my repair was small. Great company! The Dover, FL location is my location. My experiences were in both Sales, Delivery and Service center building. I am not an RV camper, only living while rebuilding life after hurricanes.
