People were great. Only complaint I had was that it took up to 3 hours for them to complete going through the inspection and minor repairs before we actually took delivery. To be fair, we purchased the unit in Fort Pierce, FL and they were good enough to bring it up to Jacksonville, FL for our delivery and trade-in and it was just received in Jacksonville a few hours earlier than our scheduled pick-up time. All in all, one of the better dealerships I've dealt with in my years of buying and selling RV's which covers about 40 years.

General RV in Winter Garden is fantastic, the service department, inside sales and front office all have the most helpful staff. I have had work done there numerous times over the years and the jobs have always been done correctly. They have the absolute best mechanics of any dealership I have ever been to.
The only person at General RV that knows and takes the time to help at West Chester. And I been at 3 of them.
