The whole team was absolutely amazing it was a great experience everyone was very helpful and very knowledgeable about there work from sales to finance only negative feedback was the counter personal in service was very disrespectful not listening to our concerns when my wife and I were asking questions about future needs if we were to ever have a problem with our new RV he stated it was not his problem we would have to take it up with the manager after that comment we almost walked away from the purchase hopefully in the future he will be more respectful to the customer question! But the managers there took care of my concerns and spoke to the counter personal and assured us that that will never happen again there. Other than that everyone else was super friendly and helpful thanks and looking forward to our future adventures together on our next purchase in a few years we plan on coming back to do business again thanks the Harpers
