Perfect experience for us as buyers here at this establishment. Really do not have any negative things to say. The new class A motorhome we purchased needed some light work completed on it from the factory that should have been caught before it left the floor.

Although things are a bit unorganized, everyone seems to be generally involved and wanting the buying and servicing experience to be excellent. We understand that the dealership is relatively new and it’s a learning curve, but we really look forward to getting to know the people at the dealer and making the experience great!

Nice new facility, however we were purchasing through an internet sales rep so we really did not have a representative that looked out for us. The Finance person Ms. Linda was outstanding.

Our experience with this dealership began when its name was Independence RV. We have always been treated well, with professionalism, kindness, knowledge. We are pleased with our 2015 Newmar Ventana LE and will probably use our RV until we are no longer able to go camping. If, however, we need a another motorhome, we will return to General RV and will tell our friends about the service we have always received there.
