This was such a pleasant experience. The service people bent over backwards for us while we were there. We scheduled a service to take care of a manufacturer’s recall on our Alliance Paradigm 310rl. While there we couldn’t unhook our RV from the 5th wheel hitch. The service tech had to take the hitch apart, in order to unhook from the RV. The hitch was broken and needed service to repair the hitch. I decided to purchase a new hitch from General RV in order to move the RV to an RV Park. We had food in our refrigerator and needed to hook up to power in order to save our food. They also provided us with service on a problem with our shower water temperature control, and hooking up our Starlink. Very satisfied with the personal we dealt with. Service is what General RV is all about!

Our finance officer, DeAndre Sharp was extremely personable and professional. He arranged financing at at very good rate. He made the complicated financial transaction easy to understand and put us at ease immediately. Our host, Andrea was a pleasure to work with and kept us up to date on all details throughout our stay at General RV. Lastly, we had the technicians in service install 2 Micro-Air Easy Starts on the 2 rooftop A/C's units. We couldn't be more satisfied. Overall experience at General RV was fantastic. Great team!

Quick turn around on repair of slide out. It seems to be repaired but only time will tell. Audrey was great to work with but I hope I never have to see her under these circumstances

No pressure sales, great selection, salesman was fantastic and very patient. They delivered everything just like they promised and didn’t try to tack on a bunch of hidden fees.
