After nearly 30 years of camping, my wife and I knew exactly what we were looking for in a camper. We recently set out to purchase a new Wildwood Grand Lodge 44 View, and I cannot stress enough how much better our experience with General RV was compared to another national dealer we attempted to work with.

Ordered coolant unit for refrigerator repair. Service didn’t get it ordered for our time do it had to be ordered for that day & it arrived the next day. There was time to get it in & test for 24 hrs. Picked it up the next day & the refrigerator works & freezer freezes! Yeah we are on our way for a 4 day trip!!

Heather was great to work with when we had an issues with our camper. she got us right in to get fixed and had us back on the road by the weekend so we didn’t need to cancel any summer trips!
