It was one of the best sales procedures I’ve ever been through and I am in sales from the time I walked to the door to the time I left very professional. Everyone was personable, and I felt like I made a good deal when I walked out. I felt like they had my best interest when I left phenomenal experience!

When I got there I was greated and after a short wait I was seen. It did take a couple hours to get the trailer diagnosed. The write up was good. I will see how the service is once I bring it back in for the repair. This is where I have not been very satisfied.

We’ve had several Motorcoaches that we’ve purchased from other Dealerships, we were never treated like we were at General RV they were our first top notch above & beyond dealership. . We were pleased the way from looking , to trading in & purchasing . Every employee treated us like family . Troy , Sam & Heather G . along with Gary treated us with kindness , understanding & we were pleasantly surprised of a beautiful basket they had sitting in our New Baystar 3609 .

Trevor Tyler communicated great. Service was excellent and accommodating. Only improvement I would suggest is the series of Operators you have to go through via phone to get to your final destination isn’t very efficient…would love department direct dial numbers. Or if they exist to make them more readily available. Overall though, it was a fantastic experience.
Great experience with Tracey. She always kept me informed of what was going on with my trailer while was in service. Great customer service skills, customer oriented and always willing to answer any question. Thanks Tracey.

We were greeted when entering to pickup our travel trailer by two ladies and directed to Sam, who was fantastic and had answers to all our questions and was very knowledgeable, Rodney was our salesman excellent service, Cameron help me a ton and bailed me out when we got stuck on the road Lisa was great, I forgot some names but everyone we dealt with were great!
