The "service" industry with RVs has always been a experience that leaves my wallet empty and not much service. Usually those working in service are unhappy people that will talk down to you when speaking about ones coach. The experience with General RV service department has been the exact opposite. The people are helpful and knowledgable. And you are never treated like a peon. From Ingrid at the reception counter to Amanda, my service advisor, to the shop foremans (people), i have not left with my repaired coach feeling rhose awful feelings of past experiences at other places. Thank you for being "just happy people!".

This is how customer service should be. My wife and I were re looking for a medium size Class A. We found what we were looking for on the General RV website. Our salesman Grant went out of his way to do a virtual walkthrough on the Thor unit. We drove 4 1/2 hours to southern Ocala. We were met with a great team of employees, that went out of there way to makes us very comfortable while we were there. The Finance person, Jon explained all options available, to finance and warrant the unit we were purchasing. The Service team also made sure the unit was in proper working condition, and replaced what either missing or broken. I can’t say enough about the perfect experience we received, with all employees involved in purchasing our RV. Thank you General RV.
Well I must say it was pretty much a very good experience. I don’t know if you want to hear this or not but I heard not to good of things of General Rv so going i was nervous. But by the time it all was done. It all was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to go back there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful got my different appointments and everything went smoothly I can’t complain about anything. And i just want to say Thank you everyone Josh you were awesome to deal with. Kaitlyn I don’t want to leave you and Scott helping us out at the show. That was a very pleasant experience thank you again. And the rest of the people in service putting equipment together installing everything thank you all of you. The people were friendly and willing to work with you. No pressure and not pushy. Friendly. And I would like to add that general rv has a reputation for being aggressive, pushy and dishonest. The rumors had me a bit uneasy and on edge to even go in and try to make a deal. But they had the exact camper I was looking for so I tried. And very glad I did. The rumors are just that, Rumors. People were very nice.
