Maddie and Justin took good care of us. Expedited the maintenance process so we could go home with our rv before they closed.
We were very impressed with how our visit for warranty work was handled. We pulled into the service area and our service coordinator met us and reviewed our concerns. We had 4 items to be addressed. Steve our initial technician jumped right on the issues and resolved 2 items right on the spot. Two additional issues had to be ‘addressed in the back’. Two days later we were notified that our unit was fixed and ready to be picked up. Very impressive. We were afraid that they would have our unit for weeks. At least that’s the horror stories we’ve heard from other facilities. Very happy with General RV Wixon’s service department.

Retail staff was very friendly and made every effort to make sure I was able to purchase the best product for the price I wanted to stay within. She (staff) ran upstairs multiple times to bring me product to view and consider. Really appreciated the customer service!
Sam and Cami were great, want the whole team was truly terrific. I think the only thing that needs some updating is the communication between the delivery coordinator and service. But really taking the time to go through the travel trailer when we're so new to RVing means a lot.

I want to let you know that I have never had a good experience with General RV before. And then I came to the one in Longmont and it ended up being the best experience I’ve ever had at an RV dealer.
This was my very first time coming to this location and right away Cameron, who was my service associate, could not have done a better job than he did yesterday. We are 100% satisfied with the service we got at this location.
Really hoping they transfer Cameron to our home location in Fort Pierce, Florida. I think he could turn that Service Dept around! You guys are really lucky to have Cameron on your team! And you guys saved our camping trip that is planned next week in Wyoming!
