The service was very good very polite

Staff is polite and they let us stay in the parking lot for a few days. Which they had 50 amp hookup for us to use which was awesome.

Both the Service Manager & 2nd in charge kept in form ed of the progress of the service and asked if I needed anything. They made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

Fasr and accurate.

The sales process was good. Our salesperson (John) was very accommodating and patient as we worked through our selection process. Was willing to answer any (and many) questions that we had about different models. Went to multiple RV shows to continue to look at units. Did not try to apply any sales pressure to us and was relatively transparent.

The delivery process was smooth. The delivery team was very accommodating to address any punch list items that were uncovered either during third party inspection or customer walkthrough. A few things had to be relooked at and taken care of but for the most part acceptable. Maria was pleasant and professional. Brian’s team was overall diligent in accomplishing work.

The finance process was smooth and quick. Only issue is that we needed to wait for over 90 mins to get in to see finance manager. But once we got in Jon was prompt and to the point to get everything taken care of care of.

From a sales and delivery perspective I would recommend General. Do not yet have any other experience with post sales service so that will remain to be seen how reliable, communicative and timely things will be.

Everything went as planned! We dropped off our rig and Kayla checked us in and took very good care of us. We came back on the day they promised that it would be ready and it was! Our service tech, Robert, went above and beyond in his effort to get us back on the road.

They had the style RV for which we were searching. The sales and delivery group did a fine job explaining the advantages of our purchase. Overall a great experience.

Everyone was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. The facility is very inviting and decorated very nicely. My son enjoyed the popcorn and we all enjoyed the water. I would highly recommend General RV to anyone who is looking to purchase.

Service mechanic who was showing me the hitch assembly how It worked very knowledgeable the delivery woman was very good explaining how everything worked on the walk threw very good as well. The a accounting team sold me warranty were excellent. Sales were very accommodating to me explaining the price he came up with, wasn't pushy at all loved rhat.

I really liked working with our salesman Zach….and CJ in finance both were super supportive and friendly, great experience. Also, Jessica with the insurance was awesome and got me a super rate with my existing insurance company. While picking my new Mod Buggy up I met Sam and he was also awesome to work with. Sam and I spent a lot of time going over every detail of the camper, which was very helpful. I wish I could remember the rest of the names of the delivery team because they were all very professional!!!!

When it came to customizing our coach, Michael H. truly exceeded expectations. We had a very specific and complex vision, including a robust solar setup, multiple lithium batteries, an onboard generator, and a highly advanced power system featuring dual Victron Quattro 5000W inverters running in parallel with built-in redundancies. Michael not only understood our goals but executed them flawlessly. The level of precision and care that went into ensuring system reliability—even in the event of component failure—is incredibly impressive.

This was not a simple build, and the entire team delivered at the highest level. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence made this one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Generally working on the frame recall was ok, but it took a couple of trips out there to complete the process (and sat there about a week getting other trailers ready for the welders). It would have been better scheduling if one trip to investigate the issues, keep the unit it there and complete the work in a couple of days. The process was a little off in my opinion and I would off drove the unit over to Oxley and Son place to weld it not have to wait for more units to get together and do more at your site. I was in contact with them and they said that they could and would do it at there site at any time.
