Great support and a multitude of options to fit our needs
So far our experience with service department has been exceptional. Even though we did not buy our RV with General RV our service experience has been excellent from Ms. Sam and Adam they are top notch! With these experiences we are inclined to buy our next RV in General RV
Getting the deal I wanted took a little while but once we had that hammered out the rest of the experience was great. Carter my salesman did a good job in keeping the deal alive and Dillion on delivery was great and was knowledgeable about the unit and answered questions and introduced me to the service department also.
First thing I got when a came through the service lanedoor was a smile and a “Good morning “ from Katheryn (not sure if the spelling). She got me out to my coach and Craig came over to talk me through the service that had been done. The work was done in a few days and it all looked great.

Actually I visited 2 general rv locations, wixom and birch run. Both salesmen were awesome, Andrew at wixom and Zac at birch run. I am very pleased so far with my experience at general rv, from the very friendly greeters , the salesmen , the finance staff, and in general the workers there were so helpful and friendly. I am a new travel camper owner so they all had patience with me as I had a lot of questions. Thanks to all for a great experience!!!

I recently had an exceptional experience with the service staff at the General RV store in West Chester, Pennsylvania. My slide-out room on a new 2025 Winnebago View was malfunctioning, sometimes not working at all. Since I live 3.5 hours away from the dealership, I initially consulted a local mobile RV service that diagnosed the issue as a faulty wire harness.
After contacting Winnebago and Lippert (the manufacturer of the slide mechanism), I reached out to the dealership. I worked with Cristian Tedesco (Service Manager), Jim Evans (Service Advisor), and Ian Brown (Technician). They promptly scheduled an appointment and not only fixed the slide-out issue but also addressed several other minor problems.
Upon completion of the work, Jim escorted me to meet with Ian. Ian explained the repairs step by step, demonstrating the working fixes.
The dealership’s professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. Upon arrival, they conducted a thorough unit check, from the tires to the roof. They promptly moved my coach into the service bay and kept me informed about the progress of the work. The waiting area was comfortable and clean, and the friendly and accommodating staff members made the experience pleasant.
Having owned multiple RVs and worked with various dealerships, I can confidently say that this one stands out as the best. I highly recommend their services.

At pick up following several repairs, all my questions were answered completely. Photos of the work in progress were available and shared. The rig was in front of a maintenance bay, electric power was nearby and used to open up the slides. Numerous technicians came through to greet me and check whether I was satisfied. I was totally pleased with the quality of work.
I felt the service was really very good in that the service advisor, Heather Leisure, spent good amount of time going over the issues when the RV was dropped off and then called to give preliminary results. After discussing the of filling the fresh water tank, I asked if she could take a second look because I wasn't sure I had set the valves correctly (i hadn't), She went back and addressed this and resolved it. I appreciated that she took extra time to ensure it was working properly. I also like the set up of the service center the way you pull into the facility. Overall, with that and Heathers work, it was very professionally done.

Mike the service guy I worked with is very helpful pointed out a few things that I needed done on my Camper that we’re overdue and I really appreciated that
