Rich in Service and Dax in Parts where very helpful explaining the process for adding the base plates to my ford ranger, also the service tech explained the process on tow bar connections along with the brake operation. They made it customer friendly by having direct contact with them.

The staff in the service area was terrific, keeping me appraised of their progress of my work. The quality of their work was superb and completed on schedule.

The service was exceptional. Our concierge was fabulous ushering us along and keeping us informed. All done and on time.

Professional friendly service

They worked with us on our trade in including Rv insurance. Our unit was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up, and the few things we wanted taken care of was completed. The walk through was very detailed and informative. The hitch was installed right away and was less than quoted as they were able to complete the job quicker. All in all it was a great buying experience.

Didn’t feel pressured or rushed. Everyone treated us well. I feel like I overpaid by a few thousand dollars but, I got the camper I wanted and the time and patience you all showed us was worth a few extra dollars. I hope your attention and kindness to us will not die off if we must contact you again for any issues.

I have purchase 3 new Rv’s from General all at different locations. At this location every person we encountered was friendly, happy and made our experience a pleasure!

I recently purchased a part from General RV and that went perfect. Parts guy was very helpful. The thing I was surprised about and very disappointed about was that General RV added a surcharge to my credit card purchase of $8.02. I’ve never had this happen on any credit card purchase in many years. Very disappointed and will think twice about purchasing parts from General RV.

We have extended warranty work to be done. We had trouble communicating with the insurance directly. Cathy directly addressed it and got their response for coverage.

Everyone was very polite from beginning to end. Everything was very smooth. Everything on our camper was very well explained The only thing I didn't care for was we dealt with too many different people through the process.

The folks that waited on me were super friendly and answered all the questions that I had. They were able to get me in the rv that I wanted for the price that I was comfortable paying.

Great experience

Everything went well

It was friendly, fast, efficient service. Everyone we dealt with, and all departments were amazing to work with.

We were greeted when entering to pickup our travel trailer by two ladies and directed to Sam, who was fantastic and had answers to all our questions and was very knowledgeable, Rodney was our salesman excellent service, Cameron help me a ton and bailed me out when we got stuck on the road Lisa was great, I forgot some names but everyone we dealt with were great!

I felt I trusted everyone I was in contact with, from Franke, Ken, Tim and Jason. They were very helpful and friendly. So far so good.

They seem to do their best to take care of my problems although they seem very busy.

Gadwin (delivery driver) was amazing. We had a very tricky parking situation and he knew exactly how to do it. Very efficient and courteous.

Jim (salesman) was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.
