Got my camper fixed when I did not have time to work on it. For what they did and the price it cost, I was alot disappointed. The hourly rate is to much and will probably not bring it back for service, I needed it fixed and paid the price. Lesson learned.

The entire process from beginning to end was so smooth. Communication was great, Grant answered all our questions and told us what would be happening next throughout the entire process. We love our camping trailer, it was exactly what we were looking for. The day of the walk through, again, every person we had contact with was friendly and helpful and just seemed to really enjoy their job. 10 stars to General RV for fabulous customer service.
