Our service advisor Claudia is awesome she is very thorough and helped us a lot with all of our issues with our brand new camper .The only reason I would recommend somebody going to the General Rv is because of her . We have had alot of problems with are camper which is mostly because of the manufacturer not the General Rv .She was able to help us so much because the camper was still under warranty .

We had a good overall buying experience.
We recently had our RV serviced and we were very pleased with the experience. Our service manager was Chad and he was very professional and friendly. Chad kept us informed every step of the way while they had our RV. He took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explained what they were doing and made sure we understood. Though they had the RV longer than we expected (we weren’t planning any trips during that time) everything was completed to our expectation and the RV returned clean and in great condition!

We had very little time to pull this RV trade off and Roxy, John & Chris went above and beyond to get this done for us. We went there on a Saturday afternoon to browse. It was very random. Loved an RV and decided to trade ours. The catch was we had to have everything finalized by Monday afternoon because we had to fly out Tuesday. They pulled it off with time to spare. It was a very smooth process. We love the new RV along with their service. Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone who had a hand in getting this done for us.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our service advisor, Sandy, kept us informed of the progress on our RV. Kenny expertly installed the solenoid and tested everything before turning out rig over to us. The overall service was outstanding.

Prompt, professional and courteous.
Everyone was so helpful from the sales staff to the service department. We needed to spend the night to get everything moved from one camper to the other and they set us up with water and electricity making our transformation go that much smoother. Everyone would stop by and check on us asking if we needed anything. General RV was extremely nice to work with.

We were treated wonderfully by the entire staff. Robert and Jasua in the delivery team were incredible with all their help. I live in TN but I would go back to General RV in Palm Beach if and when I buy again. We literally had red carpet treatment.
They did a great job, listening to what we were looking for and helping us locate it.
We bought a used travel trailer, and they pointed out things that needed to be fixed and followed through on them.!
Service was excellent. But I think the price per hour was to high.
Although this 2025 Coachman Catalina EPIC283 has been in the service dept at General RV about half as long as I’ve owned it, I will have to say Alan in the service dept, is very dedicated to making sure his customers are totally happy. He is very conscientious and goes way above and beyond making sure things are done right. This camper (no fault of Gen RV) has been the absolute WORST purchase of all the five campers I have owned over the years. I will NEVER purchase another Forest River product as long as I live. They are ABSOLUTE JUNK!
They make you feel like a very important customer from start to finish especially with their unit walkthrough.
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Tom started us off when we got there showing us around and having the unit we came to look at all ready. Jake was able to answer any mechanical questions I had. Then we moved into Sistos office to finalize the finance paperwork. Aaron was also very helpful at the front desk keeping up moving in the right direction all day.
I loved the way everyone treated me. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Nobody pressured you or made you feel like you were forced to buy anything. We were constantly updated on the status on our RV without having to ask. Also when we were walking around every person there would ask if we needed help with anything and took the time to answer questions or help us out. Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced anywhere.
