I was looking for a nice RV, but not want to spend a whole lot of money at our age. They found us the perfect Home away fromHome. They found us a home away from home that we could afford everyone there treated us with respect, kindness, and understanding. Thank you again for all you did for us.

I call in the morning and they got me in at 2:00 that afternoon that is very prompt scheduling and the work was done perfectly
I was notified that the job would probably take about 3 hours in advance but the job got done in about two

When I walked into the Ashland Virginia store, I felt like I was already part of the General RV family. Everyone was so incredibly warm, inviting and accommodating, and so pleasant I regret ever going anywhere else. From online sales with Greg, financial advisor Seth to the amazing people in the store and service department I was treated with kindness and respect. General RV has not forgotten what customer service is and went on to redefine the RV business as a family friendly affair. All my heartfelt thanks to all of Ashland, VA associates and online associates who made this experience heaven sent. 🥰😇
