He maintains communication via phone text and email to keep us apprised of progress at all times. From our first encounter which was as emergency needs travelers to currently as scheduled patrons. Service advisor was attentive in listening about difficulties I was having with my RV. Provided answers and follow up questions make sure all issues would be addressed by the mechanic. Kept me up to date with service progress and insurance warranty information. Explained the bill thoroughly. Very nice to receive service like that.
