The service is always spot on. Help is always available for me as I am somewhat limited in what I can do. If you ask any of the service techs why they like working there you will always get a positive answer. They don't do multiple jobs like some places they have certain techs for certain jobs and that is their specialty. The people up front greet you as soon as you walk in the door. You hardly ever have to wait for anyone if you have scheduled an appt.

Jeffrey Vanduyn did an absolutely fantastic job helping us with our Solitude fifth wheel trailer that had the screws popping out of the side wall. I called when we were driving from North Carolina to Michigan to tell him about it and he got us in the very next day and fixed the problem. We live in our trailer 6 months of the year in Michigan and he did an excellent job seeing we were taken care of. Thank you!!

Ryan is a manager who really cares about his customers, Lilian is a credit to her customers as well. Scott in delivery is very knowledgeable and a credit to what he does on helping with your new trailer!! Good group of people.
