The service department with Matt and Jason and the individual that runs the overall service department in Huntley Illinois or fantastic. We’ve had a substantial lumber of problems with a brand new diesel pusher that highlight pour quality from the holiday rambler brand, and in spite of that the service organization has been stellar to resolve those issues and enable us to move forward.

Misty is great she had tech try several ways to get my ac to shut down. I feel like she puts the customer first and really takes care of full time living clients. Robert is such a great guy, he always tops off my water and is just the happiest friendly guy to be greated by.

I was heading out on a two week trip into New England when I found that the slides of my class a were not working properly. On an urgent basis I contacted General RV who were able to work me in to correct the problem. They literally saved our vacation. Kudos to Ian and Kayte for making it happen.
