Alysha was great as always. Service area seemed stressed out. Following Normal winterization with pressure check for leaks and request for inspection of backup camera to resolve connectivity issues with dash screen RV was returned without having the anode rod attached to the galley faucet in plastic bag ad usual and the black and gray discharge valves were still open and the cap was not in place. Tech returning vehicle help me with valves and cap and Alysha had to chase down where the anode rod was and obtain a bag and tie. Vehicle should have been returned to me ready to go.
