They were thorough, and did the work in a timely manner

We liked how each section of the process was handled by an expert in that department. Very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could of been nicer was when we purchased the RV we should have had the salesperson walk us to the lot and make sure we were good to go and safely on our way. Just for future reference to others . It seemed that once the finance was done so was the hospitality.

Fast service

Christopher made it a smooth and easy process, getting me in before the scheduled time. Not being local to the area he worked with me to ensure the process would work as I wouldn’t be available to do a quick return pickup of the travel trailer after the appointment. The team was thorough in assessing the issues. While the unit ended up being assessed as a total loss, has repairs been made I’m confident that the team would have addressed all of the camper’s issues.

We had a great experience with Kelly at General RV! We stopped in to look around and see what floor plans we liked. Kelly was great, thorough, transparent, and zero pressure! We haven’t had the camper long enough to be 100% sure, but we felt like General RV was willing to stand behind their product.
