When I fell and needed medical attention they had a driver take me to a hospital. The next day, after surgery, they volunteered to pick me up even though I had been transferred to a Tampa Hospital 25 miles away!
I had some complicated requests while I was in Hospital; the staff recorded my specific requests in detail, so when I returned from the Hospital all the requests had been handled! Bravo!

Greg in service called twice a week until the repair was done. He is a true gentleman always polite, and called back like he said he would. Great employee example.

So this time they didn’t need me to remove my Anderson hitch adaptor. They just left the truck and trailer hooked and took it for winterize. Was really more efficient and convenient

The salesman’s listened to us in purchasing this unit. And then Madison in service was excellent, she kept us in the loop and everything was done in a timely manner in getting out heater fixed.

David was excellent on Sales. He took time and did not seem to panicked to get going on something else. David found a discontinued trailer from Brinkley and put in a ton of time to make sure it was perfect for me.

Melissa was very nice, she listened to our concerns about our last service issues, and was able to start to fix the problem. Our leaks in the water system were not fixed last week and we had to make a return trip. She also took the time to explain what she found, and that she had to order parts for the repair. She also went through the repair estimate from our other repair visit.

Parts department did a great job of getting the awning and parts i needed very quickly and Danny Browder did a great job of making sure it was installed properly on our 5th wheel camper great service !! Great people!!
