Riley O’Mara our sales person was awesome very helpful and knowledgeable with everything . We told him what we had in mind and he showed us options and he asked us a couple questions and off we went to look at other options found what we were looking for and everyone else were very helpful

Ordered coolant unit for refrigerator repair. Service didn’t get it ordered for our time do it had to be ordered for that day & it arrived the next day. There was time to get it in & test for 24 hrs. Picked it up the next day & the refrigerator works & freezer freezes! Yeah we are on our way for a 4 day trip!!

Heather was great to work with when we had an issues with our camper. she got us right in to get fixed and had us back on the road by the weekend so we didn’t need to cancel any summer trips!

The employees took their time to hear what we had to say and what we wanted in a camper floor plan.
Sam burns was the best DS for us! He explained about how camper from a-z and z- a. He took the time for us. He was such a honest man and friendly dude.

I will never go back to camping world and the unpleasant experience every time I tried to get work done

My experience with the service has been fine. It’s just frustrating that a near new purchase has been exposed to so many glitches.
Hopefully this will change.

Straight forward service, easy, great prices, nice staff seemed willing to help answer any questions. I felt like I was treated with a fair purchase and not taken for a ride or advantage of. My only regret is that I wished I would of purchased my other travel trailer from general rv as well instead of camping world! The no hidden fees meant alot!
