Friendly service and comfortable waiting area.

Very pleased with the introduction to the fifth wheel trailer we ended up purchasing. Everyone was very helpful throughout the process. We had good communication with the different people we needed to work with. We agreed on a price and the only add-ons turned out to be Michigan state fees for a few hundred dollars each.

The whole experience was an exceptional one. Stephen Pratt spent the time to find us the RV we were looking for and even though we were being very selective he never made us feel that we were a burden. The process of taking delivery of our RV was amazing, thank you Kevin. We walked out feeling like we were part of General RV's family. It was a very positive experience.

The work I had done was as promised and on time.

They were very responsive and timely. The work was very good. They installed a blue ox toe baseplate and it was a very clean install. They identified a potential issue with the brake lights on our late model towed truck and recommended a fantastic workaround. They installed a led light strip to bypass the truck’s turn signals. It works great and was a clean install that is hardly noticeable when not illuminated.

They fix all the problems in a timely manner.

Zach and his team went above and beyond in taking care of my problem, I would definitely go there again for service and highly recommend them to my friends.

The personnel was very friendly and they listened to my concerns when I brought my RV in for service. The service people were able to fix my concerns and certain parts had to be ordered because of warranties on the item and General RV had to analyze the problem first.

Friendly service and took the extra time to verify our extended warranty

Everything. Starting off with Jim Heflin. He was a very respectful salesman. He did not try to pressure us into buying anything. When we were not sure of one camper he showed us another one that he thought might benefit us. As it turned out we didn't like that one and we ended up liking the first one better. Next our interaction with the finance manager Sebastian was also a very pleasant experience. Sebastian gave us all the Extra Protection plans that we could add on to our financing and helped us with the best decision to meet our needs. It was great to meet the operations manager Dawson Nyquist. He assured us that if there's anything that we need that we only need to call him. That was a nice relief and gesture. The young man who did the walk-through was very thorough and went through any questions that we had. He also wrote down any issues so that he could correct them. Justin Mitchell did an awesome job in fixing some of the issues in the camper since it was a used camper. He said he treats them as if they are his camper. It is quite evident he did because the job he did was awesome and the camper looks great Andrea the delivery coordinator was awesome wonderful at making sure that everything was taken care of. And last but not least I would like to make special mention of Maria in the reception area. She was very sweet and directed us in the right direction and make sure that we got our VIP tags. We felt very special. The red carpet was out. Our name was on the sign and our name was on the TV! General RV is great! There is nothing negative that I can say about General RV!

We had our RV at the General RV service department. Our service advisor has been Frank since we had our RV. He's been just great. He went out of his way to help us.
We purchased our RV at General RV in Fort Myers, and Bob, the sales consultant, and Michael, the Financial Manager, were also great. We would definitely buy our next RV from General RV. Thank you, guys.
