She even pointed out additional items I didnt list that they would address My mechanic did not take the easy way out. He went the extra mile and improved on how Thor ran production wiring.
I called them on my way back from Az. I needed some warranty work done and an initial engine oil change as well as the generator. Called them while we were on the road and they magically worked us in. Wonderful people.

From start to finish was exceptional. Mark our salesman was honest and helpful all the way through and after. When we did our walkthrough with Zack he was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. Then we went to sign everything with Justin and he was the best financial manager that we ever worked with. All and all everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Kathryn and Andrew kept me informed and worked with me every step of the way. I love the craftsmanship that your techs have and I love the peace of mind General RV of Huntley gives us. Already have my end of season service paid for and set up for winter storage.
We plan on trading in our 5th wheel in a couple of years and upgrading to a diesel pusher. We wouldn’t buy from anyone but General RV.

We have purchased a few RVs from general rv and have had extensive service done in the past. We were not impressed with service . This was years ago. However, we did just purchase a new class c and Hayden Russell was our sales rep. He was awesome- very caring and knowledgeable and we would definatly use him again in the future.
