I do have a issue with having to pay a percentage if paid by credit card. I didn't appreciate having to go to the bank and withdraw $7,600 cash to avoid paying a percentage. I can understand certain credit cards but not all.
We took our travel trailer to General RV in Ft Myers after the main AC unit wasn't cooling. They diagnosed the problem and replace an entire air conditioner with the newest Gen2 unit under warranty. Lance in service was particularly helpful and kept us informed throughout the process and was mindful of the fact that we had plans on using our travel trailer in the near future.

Was surprised by final cost at pickup but subsequent investigation showed it was a fair price for what I got.

The team was very focused on our job and overcame a few obstacles to get it done. Our advisor Leah, was very good and cared. Shane was an excellent Texh that kept us apprised of how things were progressing.

They were all about selling rig. When a warranty issue came up the responded quickly, but did not connect with us for updates. No one would answer phone or return calls until I got some managers involved.
EVERYONE was exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Rusty, Patsy, Hudson and Adam as well as the entire Parts Department and New Trailer Delivery Department!
1.There was a couple of issues with the unit at delivery that were addressed and corrected before we left.
2. There was a miss communication about my tow vehicle and fifth wheel setup that I had. I would not work with the unit that we had purchased. Everyone stepped up late on a Friday afternoon and switched out the pin box to gooseneck box and ball. My wife and I were very impressed on how well everyone worked together and their willingness to make sure we were able to take delivery of our new unit that day even though they had to work a little over an hour of overtime on a Friday! Unfortunately I didn’t catch everyone’s name that evening to give them the shoutout they rightfully deserve!!
But again THANK YOU for stepping up!
I hope our future visits to General RV are just as good!

Personnel are friendly and sales (Adam) was very good in showing and explaining the different features of the RVs he showed us. I want to single out Mark Johnson for his excellent walk around explanation of the operating systems on our new Newmar motorhome. He was knowledgeable and patient with all our questions.
Everything the whole experience. everyone there was a very nice very polite concerned on my concerns the cells people were outstanding, especially Thomas. He was so helpful in so many ways and knowledgeable in so many ways on the story Teller overland modes check from maintenance was also outstanding. He was able to slip me in to get a starling before I went home. I was also excited to hear that I was your first camper in your camping fire pit area, but like I said, it was a great experience. I plan on telling everybody about you and to let them know that it is worth the distance to drive to you for the experience. You really make people feel welcome. I understand that they’re buying something, but still your people made me feel like they genuine. I know you guys are a long ways from Indiana, but I like you guys and like your place so much. I just might use you for my maintenance on the house stuff.. I can’t thank you enough an eager to meet more people in the story. Teller family, and learn more things about these awesome machines and learn what other people use and do and what accessories they use. Karen Gilcher hands down the top person at general RV. Finance manager Mike is great and meets the needs of the customer. Mike that did the demo very kind and understanding. Made good suggestions and answered all questions.
Truthful, trustworthy, and professional personnel. Show room is clean and well maintained, stocked as well staffed. Work shop is very clean and equipment is updated, extremely efficient.

Dwight was our salesman and took us around in the pouring rain to look at so many models, he was patient, kind and accommodating would be an understatement! Great people and they did what they said, as a business owner myself this is what set places apart from each other!

Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name but the lady at the service counter was so valuable with her assistance in ordering snap pads, TPMS and more. A really good team. We saw everyone working together well.
