Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Staff was very personable, polite. Concerns. Picked up our motor home two days ago. 1. No manuals for anything. 2. Rear camera not working ( all fog). 3. Nobody could show us how to use nav, radio, camera system?? I believe it not working at all?? No way to hold front hood up?? These are very important things that should be working on a motor home??? We also should have been made aware especially about the nav. As this is a substantial cost!!! Thanks John ,Joanne Sables

Exceptionally thorough with checking and double checking. Made sure to already be familiar with my product and my needs before we even got started. A lot of times, these walkthroughs are annoying and useless. James made sure to focus on the important stuff and still make sure to touch every aspect of the RV before I departed.
I didn’t get the names of these two folks, I wish I had:
A younger man and younger woman, were responsible for getting my hitch setup and connecting the trailer to my vehicle.
I had many questions at this point, as I haven’t towed in many years and was nervous about getting the hitch setup and connected properly. Both of these employees have exemplary customer service skills, exemplary people skills, and were extremely patient with my questions and making sure I understood everything clearly. The young man took the time to thoroughly explain my brake controller to me, and even took time to circle through the parking lot several times with my vehicle and trailer to make sure my questions were answered.
Again, I wish I had caught their names. Their professionalism and courtesy was probably among the highest I’ve experienced at any business transaction, and it made me feel valued and respected as a customer.

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Sebastian. From my first contact with Sebastian to his follow up call to make sure I made it back to Ft. Lauderdale and the way that Jamie stayed on top of everything and never let not know what was going on. They were an amazing team. Very definitely made me feel like a VIP. I would also give recognition to the gentleman who worked on my unit putting the hitch on and swapped out my battery. And last but not lease, Kenneth for doing an excellent job with my walk thru. Amanda is always very prompt, communicative, informative, and follows through. Getting a motor coach serviced is never fun, since you’re e guaranteed to spend $500+. She does a great job though, making it as painless and speedy as possible.
Very friendly and knowledgeable, and though the process is not complete so far, they’ve worked with us every step of the way from scheduling future date for Pickup to getting prices and appointments to have personal vehicle equipped to be flat towed
Every one was very helpful and made the experience was great. Every one i encountered from the sales person to the sales manager and management. Just a great team to talk to and work with. This is my 2nd time at General RV i find it to always be a pleasure.
