Great experience as always. We have a 2025 Primetime Tracer. The TV and remote stopped working this summer and I called General RV when the phone system was down a few weeks ago. Chad texted back the next day and got my info and opened a warranty claim with Forest River right away. The new TV was there for me to pick up in 10 days. Brought my original one and they handed me a brand new TV and remote still in the box. Perfect! Thanks again for all the help. From the time we purchased this RV at the Fall show last year to picking it up at the dealership it has been a great experience dealing with everyone on staff at the Brownstown location. Thanks again.

I was impressed with the leadership of General RV. They understood the issue we had with our coach (even when we purchased it from another company) told me what they needed me to provide to them and the fought with the manufactor. They ensured that every thing was completed, before we traveled three hours back to pick up our camper.
Good timely service
I really appreciated the over-the-top service from the guys back in the store/parts area. When we came about 2 weeks ago the man helped us with some lubricant to help us take the plug out of the electric 30/50 adapter and he looked up a replacement part I needed for the cap of our awning and ordered it. Then when we dropped off the RV for the step repair, I went back to that counter and another helpful man not only went to the back storage and got the part for me, but went outside and snapped it in place for me! That helpfulness almost makes up for charging us $219 to tighten up 2 screws on the step that you all installed a couple of months ago. I can’t believe that it really cost $190 to tighten a couple of screws.

The service advisor (Brandon) helped us set up an appointment to get our battery management issue addressed in a very timely manner. We were very appreciative they could get us into their schedule.
They addressed all of my warranty concerns, without hesitation.
