Great customer service from my service advisor. Technicians were very thorough in performing the maintenance on my camper, even taking care of a few things that I missed. Pricing was a little higher than the company that was bought out, but very transparent.

It was a great overall experience - from our first contact in the parking lot sale in Birch Run to the follow-up in Wixom with Alex M. through the delivery. Everyone was helpful and very friendly and more than willing "to go the extra mile" to answer some of my ridiculous questions (as I'm a first time RV buyer). The entire process was painless.

We purchased a used Aliner from General RV. Everyone associated with the company was kind and helpful. We had all of our questions answered. When we arrived to look at the RV, we were treated very professionally, and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. A tech was assigned to go over all aspects of the RV with us and showed has everything worked. The sales and finance team were really nice to work with and didn't push any warranty that I didn't want. They also helped me get the right hitch setup and saved me money by explaining how my SUV did not warrant a weight distribution hitch. All in all, it was a great experience. When looking for another RV, I will definitely consider General RV!
