This is the third time I have purchased a RV from general the other 2 times it was in BirchRun, this time we just happened to be in the area of Wixom and had a little time to look at a travel trailer that we had been shopping for….
Your staff is easy to work with and explain items very well.

The sales people including Salesman Ed Evans, Sales Managers Steve and Chris were fantastic to work with as was the Finance Person (Scott McLeod). However, the service and delivery departments left a lot to be desired. It took us nearly 24 (to include 1 night in the parking lot) to get items repaired that should have been repaired prior to the delivery day. We still left without key components including the back up camera being repaired. They ordered parts, but we don’t know when they will arrive.

Great experience overall.

General RV did a good job on all the things I discussed with my advisor except one. A weld broke on a bracket for the exhaust. They did not repair the weld. I feel that General RV, being a Winnebago dealer would be able to repair this. I am still looking for a repair shop to fix the problem. Other than that, they did a great job.

Matt the service liaison kept me informed about what was going on and was very professional, polite, and courteous. I would recommend Birch run. I would never recommend Mount Clements.

We were traveling thru Mesa on a five month trip around this great country and our passenger slide was way out of adjustment. We drove over to your location and talked to your service guy and he said of course we can help you. We made the appointment for the next morning, showed up and was treated exceptionally well by all your employees, especially Chrystal! Your technician adjusted the slide correctly and we were able to resume our trip. It is always a pleasure to work with such an honest helpful business. Will tell everyone we talk to about the great help your company gave to us. Thanks again for such great timely helpful service.

All staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Brendan is a great salesman, Jill in finance is a delight to work with, I cannot recall the name of the gentleman that did our final walk through but he was a wealth of information.

Most important was the VIP treatment, everyone from Sales, Finance & customer services, did their best to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend General RV.

The service rep was very friendly and helpful. The service techs were very efficient and thorough.
Unfortunately I arrived for my 11:00 appointment to find the service department swamped and decided to leave my rv expecting to pick it up the next day. Two weeks later I got my rv back.
Everything was done as promised. No complaints about the service performed.
Maybe the service department needs to grow to meet the demand. You don’t want your hard-working employees to be overworked.

Everyone was friendly and our salesman, Chris Isaacs, listened to what our needs were and showed us a perfect unit!

Both the salesman CJ and the finance dept Gary Watts were extremely helpful and provided excellent guidance and assistance during the selection and buying process. They clearly worked within the unusual circumstances of the selection and sale for my sister’s recent purchase.

I appreciate the quick turnaround of my service and was still able to keep my camping reservation!
