The service staff has been very different from what we were used to from other RV service centers. Memo kept us updated throughout the process and I’m happy that this location will be our Omni’s place for future service visits.
Jeff took the time to show us several RV’s even though we didn’t buy anything. He tried his best to find us something that we liked but we are too old to spend that much money on something we wouldn’t be able drive for very long.

Noah was a great salesman, he was very thorough without being pushy or high pressure to buy now. We fully expected the opposite because we had experienced there before a couple years ago. We had the definite impression that the salesman wasn’t happy that we didn’t buy anything that day.

Easy process to look at all the different options of inventory available. Salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The entire purchase process was very good.
The entire sales, finance and delivery team were very accommodating and worked with us to ensure we purchased the right camper. After the initial unit disclosed some issues that would require a lengthy repair time the staff at the Ashland Va General RV quickly located a different unit. Outstanding customer service! Our sales rep Hillary was fantastic. Justin and John in finance worked with us on the deal. Jimmy the sales manager helped find a replacement camper and Lisa and Mike from the delivery team were great!
They listened to our concerns and needs and didn’t try to pressure us into anything. Our salesman was super helpful. And would recommend him with the highest praise.
