Great experience as always. We have a 2025 Primetime Tracer. The TV and remote stopped working this summer and I called General RV when the phone system was down a few weeks ago. Chad texted back the next day and got my info and opened a warranty claim with Forest River right away. The new TV was there for me to pick up in 10 days. Brought my original one and they handed me a brand new TV and remote still in the box. Perfect! Thanks again for all the help. From the time we purchased this RV at the Fall show last year to picking it up at the dealership it has been a great experience dealing with everyone on staff at the Brownstown location. Thanks again.
