Our salesman Cody Kincaid listened to what we really wanted in an RV and was very patient with our concerns and answered all of our questions, knowing that our needs were met with the first RV we purchased in 2021, we knew upgrading and going back to General RV was our best choice and they didn't disappoint. We're very happy with the outcome and the employees there are considerate and helpful.

We had our repair done at brownstown. Between our service rep Tonia, and the tech , Troy, we had a very good experience. Unfortunately the number of hours it actually took to figure out the problem was far more than they will reimbursed for. But they persevered and finally found the underlying issue. Thank you very much!

Very fast service reasonable on pricing
When I went too go pick up my trailer and doing the walk around with my service rep Natalia there was something that wasn’t quite done and it was about the time for everybody to go home for the evening. She made sure that it was resolved before I left and the guys in the shop make sure it was done before they went home that really meant a lot it took about an hour or so to fix the problem and they made sure it was done
