My only feedback is to make sure the camper is thoroughly cleaned prior to delivery. There was screws, wood shavings, etc in the master bedroom from an add on I paid for. Additionally, the floor throughout the camper was very dirty. My son’s feet were black after walking barefoot.

We had a great experience with friendly, knowledgeable sales and service staff. The online support team lined up RV options that closely matched what we were looking for, which made the search much easier. The financing process was smooth with no surprises, and the final price was exactly as estimated, including the extended warranty.

We had a small problem with purchased unit and the staff explained as soon as we met for our walk through.
They explained that they were working on it. As we started our walk through, our guide was very knowledgeable and explained the coach in detail.

We had a lot of questions about the unit and all were answered. We never felt pressured We were informed of the progress on the problem every 30 minutes of the time spent in the dealership. Very impressed with General RV

Two years ago, we had a terrible experience with lazy days and there are still some of the same people at the new place and we absolutely had a wonderful experience this time. We purchased a new RV and it was a great experience when we walked up to do our walk-through we were welcomed. We had a gift basket and we had a vase of flowers. Our name was on a ticket at the door that welcomed us to our new RV and everyone has been extremely friendly. The culture has completely changed since general RV took over. We appreciate it . Michael was an extreme help. He is extremely knowledgeable about the RVs. He was in sales and he did an amazing job. The only thing that I felt was maybe the tech was not up to par with a lot of things that were in the new RV but Michael came and rescued him and showed us how to do things and it was a good experience overall.

Everyone on staff was extremely helpful especially our salesperson Martin. All of our issues were looked at and the entire staff worked to resolve all of our concerns to our satisfaction. The service and positive attitude by entire staff was great to see and how they all worked together as a cohesive team. This location I would consider absolutely superior than the Dover location.

The honesty of the salesman, Justin Allen, the financial assistance and expertise of Christina and what really brings me back to General RV is Service Advisor Shawn Robey.

Easy, everyone was so nice and easy to work with. I felt like a priority.

Matt Williams was absolutely outstanding. He watched over the purchase of my 2023 Phaeton 40IH like a hawk. He went through the punchlist and solved all of the issues. He is A+. Chuck Bell in finance was great as well. Personable, friendly and really gave me some good advice about warranty work. From top to bottom our experience was phenomenal.
